Proper good portion of meat and they offered an extra roast potato at no extra charge because they were a little bit small. All the food was fresh 👍👍👍 and I used a £10 off when you spend £25 voucher🌞 the beer garden is huge and has lots of space in the Sun or under an umbrella.
On arrival, settled very quickly. Table was set and ready. Made very welcome and was introduced to the gentleman who would be looking after us. Very busy and had to wait. But worth it. Always makes me think is people are queuing then food must be great ❤️
Visited this restaurant a number of times and I have never been disappointed. Even at it's busiest you are served promptly. The food is lovely and the service is great. It is also very reasonably priced. I would advise to book in advance as it is very popular
I booked a table for 3 last Sunday lunchtime. On our arrival we received a warm welcome. Hannah our waitress showed great customer service skills and was attentive. The food was delicious. Will return. Thank you. Tim.
We have been here twice now and both times the food was phenomenal 🙌. The first occasion we were only allowed in the bar area as we hadn't booked a table, the second visit we had to wait 30 minutes as again we had not booked a table. The food is more than worth the wait. I strongly suggest booking
Choice of four meats, freshly prepared vegetables but I think I remember more vegetable options before. Peas and cauliflower had a cheese sauce. I'd have liked plain options but that's just down to taste. Generous meat portions for adults and kids. All tasty. Restaurant was clean and tidy and servin
Amazing carvery, we've been several times over the past few months. Always mid week. The meat has been absolutely amazing and the food also really good. The staff are really friendly and look after the customer really good.
Slow queue, our vegetarian dish came to the table then we had to queue up and get the rest while that went cold. Rest was lovely though and good value for money, especially during the week. Staff friendly but very busy on a Sunday as expected.
Very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and the roasts were so light and fluffy. Wheelchair accessible entrance and disabled parking spaces. Took note of my allergy and intolerances and advised accordingly. I am sure we will be back!
Considering how busy they were they served everybody very quickly and efficiently The choice of meat was excellent, the beef was a little tough and the vegetables had very little taste and needed some seasoning. The staff were very helpful and attentive. They cleared and cleaned the tables with gr
A bit of confusion when we arrived. We weren’t told that it was table service, so I made my way to the bar to be informed that I need to go back to my seat and wait for the waitress. We weren’t told that we just had to go straight to the carvery to be served. Besides this, we had an enjoyable time.
Good food for a good price. Service was excellent. Refill drinks are great value for money. Shame we could not book a table for 8. Plenty of parking. Was busy after 2pm on a Sunday, glad we went before.
I moved from liverpool to the wirral and this carvery beats every toby carvery in liverpool and I've been to all. The food is amazing everything tastes great. Today was our 3rd visit and everything the foods gorgeous. We are going to have our Xmas dinner there too. Staff our great too.
Great staff. Nice food. Let down a little by human greed at the "eat as much as you want bar". So much on a plate that it's falling off and then unable to eat it anyway. I saw one customer eating the scraps of meat from the carvery by picking it up with his fingers. I mean, just ask and the man will
Our server was very attentive and helpful. Food was the usual good standard. Only issue was a couple playing videos on their phones at a very high level near us.
