We visited again (5 of us this time) on Thursday for the mid week (Wed or Thu) buffet. We also use Khans as our takeaway restaurant now and have recommended it to friend, with positive feedback from them too.
As part of midweek buffet in the restaurant you get a chutney tray (onion, mango, mint, chilli) and a couple of poppadoms each, a starter, a main with a rice or naan bread for £12.95.
Every dish was fresh and tasty with the minimum amount of oil, which was great. We had a variety of starters and dishes from across the menu and every dish was great and I'd recommend.
The puree and naan breads were light and fluffy. The chicken pathia and chicken tikka shashlik (tikka pieces with green pepper, onion & tomatoes) were particularly good.
Soft drinks were £2.50 a pint, which is great for a restaurant and you can take your own beer/wine etc as they don't serve alcohol.
The restaurant is clean and newly renovated by the look of it and the toilets are spotlessly clean.
We'll definitely be back as the service from Majid and Jewel, and the food was excellent again tonight and we had a great meal and mid week night out.
Large group of us for a birthday celebration. Food was absolutely delicious and the service and ambience was great. Staff really friendly. Will certainly return and would recommend. A takeaway service is available and was busy all night. Prices are very good value I thought. If dinning in take your own booze otherwise soft drinks are available.
Been a customer of Khans for many years so it was a delight when they opened the restaurant. Visited on Friday with family and had a fantastic meal and enjoyable night. Big shout out to Raf who was the perfect host. Excellent service, very attentive and friendly. Atmosphere is very chilled, which we liked. No one is rushing you out the door. We ended up having our meal and staying for a few more hours.
Would highly recommend.
Khans have been our preferred takeaway of choice for years and now they have a sit-in restaurant it does not disappoint.
The food is always on point, every time. Service is really good, bit of banter but still a nice chilled atmosphere.
A nice small restaurant that does great quality food of a large variety. Good clear info about gluten free food, which is almost all of it. We've had delivery and eaten it numerous times and always been good.
The food here is the best around in my opinion. The service is always fantastic and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. Reasonable prices too.
We visit here often mostly in large groups. The food is always lovely and fresh the service is friendly and attentive. Bonus is that you can take your own alcohol.
Well what can I say absolutely excellent 2nd time dining here with the other half and the service with Raff was amazing food to definitely come back to nothing to fault thank u all x
We had a lovely meal here last night to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We were looked after by our hosts Raf and Majid. Great food and customer service, it was our first ever visit, but we'll definitely be paying another visit soon. Thanks!
The food was excellent as always, the restaurant is amaculate, and the staff are warm and friendly. It's an excellent restaurant. 👍👍👍💯💯💯
