Been coming here for years and i think its time for me to publish a review, which is the least i can do for the years of great food and fantastic service. I have been to many indian takeaways and restaurants around the local area until i found saffron i have stuck with it ever since. What i tend to find is other places lack honesty and quality in meals. Saffron have always prioritised me and my partner, always receive a warm welcome and since we have been regulars they do tend to give us few complimentary items which is always appreciatable :P all i can say about this place is that its a must try, they are a busy takeaway, do find it packed at times but do remember to be patient because good quality curries take time to make, all in all im always pleased to have this takeaway near my house, keep up the fantastic work saffron.
Great Takeaway. Lovely food picked up on the way home from work, good onion bhajis and excellent chicken tikka masala. highly recommended.
Saffron is great. By no means the nearest Takeaway to us but we always come here. Never once been dissapointed.
Saffron. THis has consistently been our choice when we want Indian take-out. Even though we live opposite another one. The quality is good, portions are generous.
Been here twice now first time for pick up. Second for delivery... Gave 30 minutes time slot but nice man rang to say would we like it sooner which we were very pleased about... Food arrived piping hot and was delicious.. Large portions and the best Indian around by far.. Lovely delivery driver too.. And also received a bottle of 7up which was and added bonus... Very impressed also with the veggie options.. Are no 1 Indian now..
Though we'd try here as disappointed with local and reviews good. A little more pricey but quality and authentic.
Delivered timely by lovely lady. Chicken naga superb he said the best he's had in years. Chicken tikka main and curry sauce delicious huge pieces of Chicken and lots, enough for next day. Keema rice lovely, Keema naan a little bland, burnt in places. Just pray π it's consistent as will order again xx
10/10! We were first time at Saffron and definetely not last! Besides some starters and sides which were very very good, we have ordered Malaya and Murgh Chili Masala and they were delicious! Meals are reasonably priced and superb quality. The customer service was excellent.
Moved to the area nearly 1 year ago and being a lover of Indian food, I found it difficult to find a decent takeaway until I came across this place. The food is absolutely beautiful and the staff are very friendly. I normally opt for the Chicken Jalfrezi and I swear it gets better every time! Would not go anywhere else!!
The best food I have had me and my family loved it! Perfectly cooked, polite staff, it wasn't too spicy or greasy and I would 10/10 highly recommend it!
Great experience from start to finish, food was tasty and well prepared. Delivery was abit late but did receive a call to warn me about it, which was good but didn't mind anyway as it was a saturday evening. Staff were friendly and helpful, could not find anything to fault.
