A beautiful and unexpected stop. This place is such a pretty setting. I delivered a Princess cake to a birthday party. The small space outside had been decorated in the theme of the party and it was gorgeous. We had a quick drink before setting back off the staff were nice and friendly.
I visit regularly as it offers fishing for my Son, as well as being a fab cafe and quiet beauty spot. Staff are always lovely and welcoming. It's definitely a wonderful hidden gem in the stunning Yorkshire countryside.
Came here for the 1st time today. Was a sweet place. Pretty cups /sauces/plates. We had breakfast. Bacon and a sausage sandwich. Idyllic location. Food was nice and there are restrooms available. I would recommend this place to anyone lunching or brunching or just after a peaceful sit with a tasty snack. Lovely little hidden treasure.

Gorgeous little Cafe, the inside looks almost straight out of a Cath Kidston Catalogue. We had afternoon tea and it was lovely. The women who worked there were very attentive and friendly, kept offering us refills on our drinks and when it came to paying I was very pleasantly surprised at the price.
Lovely place to fish and have a bite to eat. The only downside is that they do not take card payments, so remember to take cash if you decide to visit!!
First visit here with a very good friend for lunch. We both very much enjoyed the Ham & Mushroom individual quiche, potato salad, green salad, coleslaw, tomatoes & cucumber. It was delicious. Lovely food, lovely place. Stopped off mid bike ride for cheese on toast, scone with jam and cream and pot of tea. Wonderful!
