Delicious food, an open fire and wonderful host & chef (Jan and Michael you are both are so lovely). Honestly such a great find, and nicely priced especially for 3 courses. Do yourself a favour and get yourself here for a meal!
Nice little restaurant hidden inside ai walkway. Caribbean dishes. Well presented. 3 course me he cost £27. as of January 2023. The owner Jan is lovely. The desserts were great and there was a good selection. I would definitely recommend. Excellent value.
A lovely gem of a little Caribbean restaurant fabulous freshly cooked food very friendly owners couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommend. 😋😋
What a fantastic restaurant! Cosy, warm, friendly, but best of all the most flavoursome food we’ve ever tasted. This is home cooked Caribbean food at its best! We came across this restaurant by chance and this will be the first of many visits for us.
Food was amazing. Love that they have vegan options too! Delicious and can taste it’s real good not processed. Great atmosphere! The waitress was lovely
A hidden gem in the Jewellery Quarter. Really enjoyed our visit. Food was delicious and evident that Jan and Mike really care about their guests. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and return.
The food and service was 5 Star. I love Jamaican food and being a Jamaican myself I can be fussy when it comes to eating out. The flavours was mind blowing tasty, I had jerk chicken bites and chips and my daughter had the curry goat and rice both was cooked to perfection and tasted heavenly. I wil
A well-hidden gem of a place. Booked for lunch. Delicious coconut chicken and jerk chicken burger, and the "arctic roll" (the name doesn't do this desert justice) was amazing! Really friendly service too.
Great little spot for lunch. Food was tasty and you could tell it was home cooked. Cocktails were excellent. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return 😍
Great lunch on a Friday afternoon. The food was really enjoyable and the service was great.
Great place to enjoy some brilliant food. Really attentive and relaxing. Made for a lovely evening. Oxtail, curry goat, mixed starters, desserts and rums were all excellent.
Went as a group of 5 on a Saturday evening. It’s a tiny place, and tucked away, so make sure you have directions! We all had their 3 course menu which was a bargain at £27 (although we ruined that bargain by then adding numerous rum cocktails to the tab!) Food was really tasty and there was a good r
A very friendly lady served us in a really cosy place with a fire place. Food was amazing with the right level of spice. It's truly a hidden gem in the Jewellery Quarter. Perfect for a couple or to go with your family.
What a fantastic little place! The food was terrific and the service was excellent. The staff - all one of her- couldn't have been more friendly too.
Good selection, generous portions. Well cooked and very tasty, packed full of flavour. Topped off with wonderful, friendly service. They have a dom pedro selection I.e. milkshakes with liquors and the best strawberry margaritas.
Hidden gem No seriously this is a hidden gem among the gold and diamonds of the jewelry quarter. It's not the most obvious restaurant as it's hidden down the side passage of a shop. Entering you get the feel of a small little home in Jamaica and welcomed as if you were family by the staff, like st
Unpretentious, fantastic home cooked food full of flavour. Today's sticky toffee pud was awesome. Caribbean nights 3 times a month, well worth trying. Proper Brummy welcome.
