Damascena really fits in Moseley with it's unique design. Its much bigger inside that you expect. The food is amazing, everything tastes fresh and just overall, a really nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend if you haven't been.
Love this cafe…Staff were very helpful when we had a bit of table incident ..food was superb as expected of Syrian menu… We had mixed shawarma, flat bread pizza, appetizer, chicken and salads.. wonderful food and ambience..! Love it ..and will come back in the future ..!

Hidden little Gem that has plenty of hidden rooms inside and an outdoor area. It felt like I was abroad. Food was nice and fresh but in tiny portions especially the pomegranate salad otherwise lovely.
Great little place tucked away in mosely. Decor is great. Staff are friendly and attentative. We ordered a few drinks and desert and they came very quickly. Would reccomend again! The coffee was great and so was the deserts. Would reccomend to go again! The san Sebastian was quite nice!
Nice atmosphere, great selection on the menu. Indoor and outdoor seating. Parking not easy but plenty of local parking available.
The falafels were the best I have ever tried in the world. Great restaurant, great atmosphere and very reasonably priced. The lamb sharwarma wrap was a little dry and fell flat.
