We visited Santorini on Bank Monday 28th Aug 23. We were greeted by the owner Tony was very welcoming & friendly, he seated 5 of us even though it was late in the evening, we were thinking we would have to try the food by ordering take away, but this was not the case the owner was more than happy to
Warm friendly reception when we walked in taken straight to a table and offered drinks. Food was amazing from the Meze selection and Calamari down to the main course which was a mixed grill, we couldn't manage it all it was so big! Coffee and Brandy to finish with no room left for what looked like b
What a wonderful place. The food was absolutely gorgeous and the portions were massive. Tony, went over and beyond the call of duty by making our stay more enjoyable. It was service with a smile and good value for money.
Lovely restaurant, really tasty food and a great atmosphere. The owner is such a lovely man, very welcoming and looks after you
We celebrate my friends 50th birthday and we have a great time. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. The ambience is good for kids as well.
A warm welcome and plenty of space considering our wheelchair needs. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. The food is fresh, delicious and homely. It felt like we were in Greece sitting in a local cafe. Great place to experience great food. 6/5 start rating.
Quite the City Centre institution is Savos (the owner) anybody who remembers his old place (Athens) next to the grotty old Snobs will know he's always served really good food in decent big portions. Santorini is no different and has excellent food. Go in, order a meze or kebab, then lift a glass of
I visited here at late night on a working day for a quick meal. The staff, especially the kitchen staff were so kind and courteous. The chicken doner, kebab skewer, fries, the bread.. Everything in food was exceptional and tasty. The kebabs are probably the best in Birmingham, if not all of the west
I’ve enjoyed two late-night visits to Santorini after the cricket in Birmingham. What a gem of a restaurant. The food is authentic and generous, likewise the owners who really go out of their way to look after you. The free desserts and drink at the end of the meal are a lovely touch. Highly recomme
The take away kebabs are great and have great positions too. GO TO PLACE after a night out at Chinatown area
I went for my birthday the maze was huge and my son said his pizza was better than dominos lol Can't fault the staff they were great and the owner was attentive and happy to chat about greece . Thankyou for the 2 cakes he gave me for my birthday treat too. We will be back again no doubt
The best moussaka I've had. Lovely guy who really took care of us and gave us free shots and cheesecake.
Lovely Greek Restaurant and take away. We had the mixed grill and the large haloumi and fries. Really great value as portions were very decent . We had a free starter of bread n various dips. Forgot to take a photo of that but it was very nice. The dips were really tasty. The service was absolutely
Pedros was amazing in his service. Enthusiastic, friendly, humorous and a proper old school Greek. Santorini was a genuine little gem just on the outskirts of Chinatown in Birmingham. Initially when you approach it can look deceptive as a takeaway only venue with its open kitchen counter. When you e
I've been told that the meat that they use is actually imported from Greece. The food was impeccable! There was a group of us and we honestly couldn't get enough. The portions were huge and so eventually we all couldn't take no more! I was surprised that this place is usually known as the place to g
Visited this place on 12/03/2022. The customer service and staff response were fabulous: 9/10 I would rate the food 7/ 10, the food portions were more than you can eat with affordable rate. The Baklava is a must try.
Absolutely lovely food, and very warm welcome to celebrate my mums birthday. It did get insanely busy just as we finished mains, so missed out on dessert but the meze was incredible!
