Lovely food. Unfortunately we had rather a long wait for ours. Not sure why but the staff we lovely gave us a generous discount and a bag of lovely desserts to take with us as we had to catch a train. Staff were lovely and attentive. Picture of takeaway cake. Food got devoured before I could think of taking a photo of it!
first of all, the food was amazing. let's just put that out there. everything i ate tasted like a firework going off in my mouth or something, if i could i would drive the 5 hours specifically JUST for the food. but i can't so i'll have to live with the pics. secondly, the staff were great, the music wasn't too loud - which is huge for me as a partially deaf person. although it was a little noisy. nothing too bad, it was a friday night so i wasn't expecting it not to be. there's a cute little store too!! i didn't get a chance to look at everything by there were sauces, and the like which is LOVE.
the one downside for me was the chairs, which is such a bizarre thing to point out. we were there for nearing on 3 hours maybe and my god was me bum numb when we left 😭 literally, other than the uncomfortable chair everything was wonderful.
Staff friendly, only had a drink but the red wine was nice ! The shop was really good, full of nice produce and gift boxes

Really nice food. Simple and tasty. I cannot say the same about coffee. Really nice and friendly staff.

I had the pleasure of visiting here this morning after my sister recommended it and I most certainly was not disappointed! We were advised by a waitress to choose a table and someone would be with us shortly. Our server, Senior, was amazing, his customer service skills were second to none! He took his time with us and explained the breakfast and drink options and did not hurry us at all. The food was beautiful, major compliments to the chef! Senior came back over and asked if all was okay which it was. We were left to enjoy our surroundings and the food and it truly was wonderful! We went for the classic breakfast which cost £10.95 and this includes a hot drink AND a cold drink (cold drinks were all freshly made and the tea actually comes with a pot of tea) Definitely worth the price and you can taste the quality of the food. Overall, a really great experience and I will be going back for sure. MASSIVE shout out to Senior once more as you made us laugh and made our time there that much more enjoyable 👍🏾
We were met with a lovely welcome from the host and were attended to well by the waiter. Food was delivered very quickly. The lasagne was incredible. Bread starters and dessert was very good too. Pretty reasonable price for such high quality and location. I would highly recommend to any Italian cuisine fan!
Fabulous , I loved this place.
First time I've ever been. Staff super friendly, if not OTT, but I had my son with me and it made him happy.
Food was fresh and tasty, we had a short wait but they explained when we went in they were busy, but when they are cooking good fresh I expect a short wait.
We had a selection of dishes between us, and everyone got to share a bit of everything and was really happy.
Good selection of wines.

We visited the restaurant yesterday for the first time. The staff were so friendly and professional. We were made so welcome, from the time we walked in, to the time we left. The food was the best!!!! The service was excellent. I have to mention our waiter ' Mimo', he was so long lovely, kind, and professional. He gave the best service, we had ever received!!! He made our day, and I think he made everyone feel special. We cannot wait to return. Thanks so much all the staff. Diane king
Came here for breakfast with my mother. It was quite early (9:30 ish) and there were hardly any places near the station which were open (we’d been looking online the night before)
It was very quite and our server was very nice. I had a croissant which was amazing! They do very good pastries, fresh. Our waiter also gaves us some jams to try which was very nice.
Clean bathrooms and quick service. Would definitely return
Very good set menu at just under £16 for 2 courses. I had the very tasty aubergine and goats cheese starter and mushroom risotto.
Unfortunately my friend didn't find her vegetarian pasta dish up to the usual standard- lacked seasoning and was a bit watery.
Could have been a one off as everyone else's meals were good.
What a treat! I have visited this restaurant with my friend during our shopping trip to Birmingham. We were greeted at the door with a lovely smile and been asked how we were. We were then served by a very engaging waiter- sorry don’t remember his name, who made our lunch a delightful experience paired with delicious food. Food ok. Bit disappointed that the burrata was drizzled in a balsamic dressing when it arrived. Would have been nice to do myself (or not).
First wine I ordered by the glass had been opened a while, and tasted like it. Second was fine

Visited twice yesterday. The waitress we had in the morning was not as helpful as she could have been. We asked about a deal we had online and was arguing with us about the deal. She did eventually seek advice from her manager but we all wondered about her manner . However, in the evening when we returned we had excellent service and the deal was dealt with professionally.
Me and the wife had a great date night here. The set menu was amazing, defiantly recommend the steak, also the price will not break the bank. Staff were really friendly and helpfully especially with my pronunciations of some of the dishes.

This place has a great ambience. The customer service is great and the staff are really friendly. The menu is a bit pricey but the food is really good. It's mainly Italian cousine but you could get a set menu for £16 and you can get 2 courses for that price per head (£16).
I love the dessert menu here, it's my favourite especially the affagafo (espresso and vanilla icecream) which is under £5.
It's a good place for couple and quiet romantic too.
I always come here with my friends as it's also very cosy :)
