Went there for a lunch on Friday with my daughter for her birthday meal. We were greeted by lovely friendly lady waiter and straight away were seated at nice table by the window. We ordered strawberry and lime cider for a drink which was absolutely delicious and my daughter had a soft drink. We have 2 types of chicken as a main and courgette fries and greens and new season potatoes as a side dish . All was fresh, chicken was so tender and food was brought within a very little waiting time. As always it was very nice experience and we will be returning for a meal next time when we visit Brum.
29.10.23. Another visit and another great meal. Pan fried sea bream was so delicious and so big portion- I had to take half of it home for my mum to try. We also had pasta with chicken- very tasty and roasted potatoes, house salad and of course fried courgette. Services was kind and professional. Very happy customers.
Have been here several times over several years and the food never disappoints. Service is always friendly, kind and accommodating. Seafood is always fresh and deliciously prepared. Highly recommended for a special occasion or an delightful time out, lunch or dinner.
Good food variety, the menu contains a variety of foods, from steaks, pasta to fish, and pizza.
The portions are quite small for the price that you pay, and probably because it is Brindley Place, all the prices are pumped out.
The chicken was good, but on the dry side, so I couldn't eat it all. The new potatoes taste good, but I asked them with fresh parsley, and I received them with a cooled basil mix.
There is no parking around the restaurant. However, there is a Q Park a few steps away.
The staff was very friendly and professional.
The restaurant design is ok ish, slightly aged and very dark inside.
Came across this place shortly after arriving in Birmingham for the first time.
The food was outstanding and the service was brilliant. We were served by Raf and he is a credit to the business.
Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be back the next time we visit.
Lovelly little place set behind brindley place. Food was lovely with a great atmosphere. So many Italian restaurants seem to be failing in brum so I hope this one stays open. As all restaurants now a bit pricey. It’s the sort of place u go on a special occasion. Will be going bank to try other food on the menu.
Have a birthday party at Piccolino on Saturday night. Very busy but the service very good. Foods were delicious, especially lobsters are fresh and nice.
The mushroom ravioli and chocolate lava cake are nice. I preferred the pasta to be softer and chocolate mint ice cream the waiter was helpful to note down my request. He introduced me the lemon liquor that is what typical Italian would take at the end of the course for digestion. I learned something new and enjoyed the meal :) I would recommend piccolini. Nice food, service and ambience.

Thank you for such lovely service Joanna & Astrida, and other attentive staff that helped choose and serve nice Gavi. Great pre-Elton vibe in this Italian, super rendition of fragrant Italian standards. Will come back.
Piccolino served us really tasty food. The setting is more relaxed than formal, still enjoyable and feels sophisticated. Would dine here again!
Came her with work colleagues, and they managed to fit our large group in without a reservation. Friendly service and good food. Larger than expected portion sizes for this type of restaurant.
