Good shop with exclusive brands with variety of perfumes, xenjoff, creed, memo...with a breasseire and bar inside. Some things are very expensive for normal people haha

Great customer service from most of the staff. Always love a visit to Nichols and is arguably the best high-end retail store in Birmingham. Definitely in The Mailbox anyway. I always get my aftershaves from HN due to the selection available.

The restaurant is located inside the main store.not a closed restaurant.. . We arrived 10 minutes early so was nice to browse around Harvey nics but would have preferred to be seated as restaurant

My favourite luxury designer stores. Beautiful, luxurious and relaxing. I like that the staff are helpful but not pushy for sales like some other places that I have visited. Some of the other department stores also have very loud music that I personally don't like so I appreciate the calmer relaxed
