From the music to the staff the atmosphere of the place is great. Been meaning to try it for ages and decided that today was the day! The wife loved her thick cold milk shake and I thought the Byron burger was to die for, fresh well cooked and beautifully presented. Think I've just found the place to have my 50th birthday meal at!
We visited the Birmingham branch this bank holiday, the place was very busy but the food and service were amazing. My oldest son has food allergies and the staff there were very supportive and put our mind at rest with that. Also loved the fact when my children ordered their food the waitress took the time to help them choose which burger they should go for. A great family meal out and the children are already asking to go there again.
Byron comes to Birmingham on the back of a big reputation down south, where they are dotted around the sprawling city for Londoners to get their fill. I always found the reputation bewildering; London is not short of good burger options in the same way that it is not short of superiority complexes – why would a high street burger chain be mentioned along with the likes of MeatLiquor or Patty & Bun? In my frequent visits to the capital I had never had one, because, in all honesty, there was always a more interesting option. Now it’s finally here after working its way around the country, in a prime spot on New St, and I have no get out clause. I heed my call.
From walking in we were shocked in a good way, from the outside it looks like a small place but it's large open plan and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully visible as part of the restaurant and looked immaculately clean as did everywhere else. The food was prepared and served to a very high standard and promptly which made the price even more shocking, we had two burger meals one a large stack two soft drinks and a latte for under £30 pounds! Staff were polite and professional. Id reccomend this place to anyone looking for a good quality burger place that doesn't require a bank loan
Generous portions with great service. Definitely good value for money!
3 portions of chicken wings, not enough sauce tho, but they were superb.
The chicken loaded fries were the star of the menu for us, however the buffalo wrap was equally good too!
We did regret that we ordered the gunpowder chips as they were not as good as it sounds and a-little soft .
Overall great place to eat so do give it a go as it’s cheaper than the German Market!
First time dining in, but I’ve had their burgers before.
Ngl I expected the burgers to be much warmer considering they were just freshly made, but regardless they were good.
The highlight of my meal was the spicy chicken loaded fries, tbh I think they were the best part!
The habanero cheese balls were okay but nothing special.
A nice selection of packets of sauces are available at every table and they seem more higher end than average - so that was nice.
The biggest plus I can deffo give is that for city centre birmingham is was very affordable! (On top of being above average in taste)
This place was lovely. The staff were so accommodating and did all they could to help my friend and I. I had my 6month old twins with me and they were so brilliant. Food was really really nice too.
The service was relatively fast, the vibe is quite nice and the burger is good value for money.

Could do better with more toppings selection such as blue cheese or guacamole to make it outstanding.in overall worth having burger if you are looking for burger

Food was really tasty and staff were very friendly. We got a “supreme” burger which was excellent and some loaded fries. 10/10
Unfortunately when we were there it seemed there was only 1 chef and 2 servers for the whole restaurant on a Saturday night which made the staff extremely stressed out, poor guys were literally having to run around to do everything. Could definitely do with better scheduling from management.
Visited here whilst on a work trip, great good and the service was spot on 👍🏻
Amazing food and service experience. We enjoyed our food which was delicious and the customer service went above and beyond. The food is very qualitative and the local very clean and spotless. We sure recommend this restaurant and we ll come back for sure.
