This place is amazing, from the greeting to farewells nothing was even slightly off. I am gluten intolerant, the Gluten free menu looked the same as the others, the choice of food was amazing and tasted amazing. Myself and my daughter was delighted at everything, even the tea pot made us smile. We will be back and we will bring more people with us.
We had our team Christmas party at the Cosy Club Birmingham yesterday and it was fantastic! Thank you to Hattie, the events manager, for giving us a amazing experience and to all the staff who couldn't do enough for us! I would most definitely recommend having your party here! Terrific venue!
We come to The Cosy Club every year for my birthday and this year was no exception, though we have also visited in larger groups with other family members.
The service, food and drinks are always impeccably good.
The Confit duck leg was sensational and my Old Fashioned "go-to" drink was tasty, though I don't opt for their chocolate version
Great breakfast choice for vegetarians. The staff were quick to try & deal with a seating issue & gave some money off our bill when it couldn't be resolved. Our waitress was lovely & didn't rush the elderly members of our party.
Gorgeous food, gorgeous drinks, amazing staff. We went for the bottomless brunch and the drinks were well flavoured and the food was lovely! The staff were super welcoming and helpful and seemed so committed to helping us have a great time! Really lovely staff
Great food, great flavour combinations and more interesting options on the menu. Lovely setting and decor. Service was fantastic - really lovely people waiting on us, food had a 20min wait and the portions were slightly smaller than expected, hence the four stars.

Met up with some friends for some food and drinks. I've been to the one in Brindley Place which is nice, but I have to say this one is much nicer.
We decided to go out on Thursday night, which is the not so new Friday night, so it was fairly busy. As my friends and I were meeting up after work, I got there a little early so bought a drink, 2 cocktails for £11.95 or was it £12.95, anyway for me as the non drinker I got a mocktail, didn't get the offer as there wasn't a huge difference, compared to the drinkers. There should be a separate offer for non alcoholic. My friends got their money's worth when they got there.
Food was lovely, I opted for the vegan burger, not because I'm a vegan but just wanted to try it and it tasted like a real burger, my friends both went for the fishcake mains which looked delicious, they both devoured it. We opted for dessert, again I went for the vegan baked cheesecake, wanted to see if it was as good as mine. It wasn't, the cheesecake was very sweet and didn't look or taste baked, I've had many baked cheesecakes from different places and they tend to be creamier. The cheesecake was covered in a tangy coulis which I did not care for. Anyway we had a lovely night, although the music was very loud. The staff were super friendly, making recommendations for food choices. Will definitely be going back, maybe for breakfast next time.
Loved it hear , Ana gave such great service to us . We asked for a birthday brownie and it came with a candle lit . Good food portions and tasty , the juices , smoothies , hot drinks were lovely 😍
Really loved the interior too very classic and cosy , can’t wait to visit again!
Came here for my birthday meal however was not impressed in relation to how some of the food is cooked, especially as a few family members have food allergies, if I had been told this information prior then probably wouldn't have dined here to cater to family members with food allergies but the staff were really accommodating to ALL of my family members and the atmosphere was amazing.
The food was really nice and so were the decorations.
Overall, I would come here again.
Really nice atmosphere when you walk in. The staff are very friendly and able to accommodate me on my lunch breaks. I've had 2 dishes from there and both very nice. A glass of water when you get in whilst waiting for your drinks is a nice touch.
Food comes out quite quickly.
I think for the quality and atmosphere the price is very good.
First time visiting this weekend and I have to say it was our favourite. Such a nice chilled vibe, with music, but that wasn't so loud you couldn't chat with your mates or had to shout. Drinks were very reasonably priced too. Will definitely go back. I randomly had a hot chocolate and it was delicious.
Nice decor and big venue. Food is average. Can get better for the same money within 100 metres. Service is good though and good post work atmosphere Thursday and Friday
