Great burgers, staff were really lovely and helpful. Burgers we ordered were cooked perfectly to how we wanted them. Will be returning.
Had 2 meals yesterday for my birthday, burgers were lovely and the truffle cheese chips were delicious! Drinks were quite expensive but it was nice for a treat x

I had a beef burger: The Taxidriver. Really nice!! I didn't eat in, went for take out, but only a 5 minute walk away, food did seem a little cold but a pleasant experience overall.
Three days ago I visited the gourmet burger at the mailbox and the experience was incredible.
I had the kiwi burger and, although they didn't have the pineapple, which I was really sad about it, I had a chance to swop for another ingredient of my choice, so I chose sautéed mushrooms.
The burger came very quickly and the first thing that came to my mind is that it was extremely big. Delicious, moist beef burger with good quality ingredients and good prices.
The chunky fries with melted cheese on top is a must , but share, you will not be able to eat everything, trust me.
I will be visiting again

Really enjoyed our burgers and sides. They had a kids eat for £1, of course ours didn't order off the kids menu 🤷Lovely milkshake. Everything was fresh and tasty. Quick too. The onion rings yuuumm....
The food was good, as expected. I just go to GBK for the sweet potato fries cause they’re AMAZING!!! Everyone from FOH was super nice!!
Had a lovely lunch here before visiting the Sea Life Centre. The menu is a little limited but there are decent customisation options.
Ordering is by app or going up to the counter. This meant that the service was not great. I tried to catch a waitress to get salt and they didn't even look towards our table for a good few minutes. We got our own in the end.
The food was pretty good and we enjoyed it. The only caveat being that the skinny fries are more grated potato than fries but that's on us for ordering them.
If you don't mind it being very do it yourself, this is a good restaurant but not a good place if you like to have a more attentive service.
Went here for some lunch with family, service was nice and friendly. I enjoyed my burger (the blue cheese one) with sweet potato fries. Would happily return.
You can order your patties hamburger medium rare 🤩🍔 or however you preferred, onion rings are outstanding, blue cheese available. Sunday night was calm and enjoyable, chips are beautifully cooked. Prices are good for such a good experience. 🫶🏽
The meat on my beef burger was cooked as desired. However, the star of the show was easily the Korean chicken burger! The chicken was so crispy and the sauce full of flavour!The menu offers great variety for both meat and vegie lovers, so everyone can be satisfied! The prices are reasonable based on the quality and the portion. The decor is pleasant and the staff is friendly!
Great service from Miguel at the bar. Extremely friendly and welcoming to all of us. Didn't get the managers name but also provided a welcoming atmosphere and was very friendly to us all. The food was good, although slightly overpriced (paying about £10-12 for a burger, and about £3-4 for a side of chips), however a member of our group had a staff discount, which made it much more reasonable in our situation. The restaurant was almost empty, but I put this down to the time we came, as it was about 5 o clock. Great service and staff 👍 Miguel deserves a raise
First time eating at a GBK in ten years, and it was so much better than I previously remembered. Went in at lunchtime on a weekday, it was very quiet so I thought that was an ominous sign, but I was so wrong.
Seated at a table right away, told to order via a QR code on the napkin holder and pay in advance. I thought this was nice and convenient.
Opted for the Rocket Man burger with an extra patty done medium. I honestly can't think of a burger I've ever had as good as this. Juicy and flavoursome. Not as spicy as I expected, but still incredible.
My wife went for the Californian vegan burger. She thought it was ok, nothing special, but this is my review, and I loved what I had! We both enjoyed our sides, especially the onion rings.
Definitely won't be leaving it long for another visit.
I was in Birmingham for one evening and discover this place while walking around the canal, cosy and friendly and a welcoming atmosphere , that was my feelings before stepping in 😊

These are unquestionably my favourite hamburgers. We were quickly and very professionally attended by Miguel, who was very pleasant and attentive. Well done👍🏻
