Absolutely stunning hotel, in a beautiful building. I’ve stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. I asked if I could have a slightly larger room and Fleur in the reception team organised me a wonderful alternative room. The rooms are beautiful decorated, clean and with luxurious p
The hotel is beautiful and in a central location which was perfect for our stay! The receptionist in the morning was very lovely and offered to take our bags so we could explore the city. On the night of the 26/01/24 we went into the lounge and had a cocktail, I did not catch the bartender's name bu
I arranged a private dinner and afternoon tea for a team reunion. We were a group of 16 and were very well looked after. Food was fabulous and the hotel staff were very attentive.
Room was on the 3rd floor but there was a lift, albeit very slow & quite small - 3 person max. Some issues with our room, there was a background noise throughout most of the both nights we stayed. Sounded like a pump, so maybe we were close to a laundry area? However, it was loud enough to make it d
We have a lovely deluxe room. But the bathroom had no heating that worked, so it was cold for a shower or bath. I would swap the kettle over with the coffee maker so that sits inside the wardrobe. The breakfast was lovely with a choice of food for everyone.
Excellent hotel. Incredibly quiet despite being in the city centre. Staff very accommodating to my request for flowers to be put into the room before I got there to surprise my wife. The only downside was when we asked for room service wanting a midnight snack, we were told the kitchen was being c
Nice bistro/restaurant. Went here for a christmas meal with friends. The drinks took a while to be served, some got their drinks straight away while the others had to ask the waiters/waitresses for their drinks. The food also started arriving before I was served my drinks, and I had to inform the st
Is an enjoyable experience with a well deserved rooms. Cool conference hall for management meeting. Has a luxurious amenities. Staff work with time consciousness.
I visited the hotel for a champagne afternoon tea. The afternoon tea was lovely and there was a wide choice of teas to choose. I would say the ice cream pop was a nice idea, but needs to be eaten sooner rather than later, for obvious reasons. The service was great to start with, but there was a chan
I didn't visit this hotel, but I had the opportunity to visit the bistro bar, with a spectacular living room well decorated and with a pleasant atmosphere. A quiet place to drink, relax and socialize.
My husband and I went to Hotel Du Vin & Bistro for our anniversary 💕🍷 the mood in the restaurant was so romantic. ✨The servers were so nice and the food was delicious. One of the best juiciest steaks I’ve ever had 🥩and the muscles were so creamy in that lovely, white wine and garlic sauce 😋
Stayed here to celebrate a big birthday over Christmas. The rooms were beautiful and the the Christmas Day meal was delicious! Friendly and helpful staff. Cannot fault the stay!
I went to the bar and got great service from Effrata. She is friendly and makes good cocktails! Definitely recommend this place if you wanna get good drinks and its a nice spot in the city.
Never been before but my wife took me in for pre dinner cocktails last week and boy what a treat! The building itself has been superbly converted and the cocktail lounge has a wonderful atmosphere.
Great place to stay. Deluxe room was huge.... worth paying the extra. Generally, very happy with stay. Only minor gripes.... minor maintenance issues. Don't understand why hotels fix shower gel etc too high up the wall & under the shower fitting. Best location is around waist height so it is easy to
Such a beautiful hotel! From the moment we walked in we felt so at ease and well looked after. Every single staff member had a smile on their faces and nothing was too much trouble. Sol checked us in late in the evening and could not have been friendlier. He told us a little about the hotel and made
