High quality American style fast food joint - delicious burgers, lots of options, copious fries, free refills (not on the beer, sadly), friendly staff and a great atmosphere! If you haven't been WHY NOT? We'll definitely be back.
Went in today for the first time with my friend & it was great, the cheese burgers are amazing & we chose to have grilled mushrooms & onions on it at no extra charge with a medium portion of chips between us & a bottomless coke which we didn't need to refill it was SUPERB can't understand some of the reviews re the music to loud, fries awful etc, we can be choosy but this was lovely & the staff were really friendly & always clearing up.

Quite frankly the best and most tasty bacon cheeseburger I've ever had... I've never taken so long to decide on a vanilla Cherry drink... love it love it love it... it's not the cheapest but by far the best 😍😍😍
Great Food great staff me and my Friend fully enjoyed it and taste was awesome which you don’t normally get it in a fast food resturant brilliant service.

Although I wasn't pursuaded to eat there at first, I still gave Five Guys a try and it was absolutely worth it. I had a cheeseburger with regular fries and coke and I was truly impressed by the amount of fries they gave me. Also, their wide panoply of fizzy drinks, especially coke, is just mind-blowing. Albeit the food is quite filling and the place is a bit upscale in terms of price, I didn't regret paying some extra pounds for amazing foods rather than buying at McDonald's. Also, their service is impressive. Kudos to the whole team!

The brand itself is quite synonymous with decent burgers and chips. The 5 guys remain unknown till date but the clientele continues to gorge on their renditions of the favourite American meal !
Interior :-
This particular outlet seems spacious but has seating for about 30-40 people split into two levels. At meal times, you might be left eating a warm pack of chips from the take away brown paper bags while you wait for a seat !
Staff :-
The girl who took our order was extremely pleasant and suggested what to try and how to customise the burger as well !
Burgers :-
1 ) Hamburger - we tried the “all the way” version which was an absolute delight. Had everything balanced and left us wanting more !
2 ) Cheeseburger - the cheese had completely spilled out of the burger which is never a good sign. The taste was good but not as great as the hamburger.
3 ) Cajun Chips - we were advised to add additional Cajun seasoning for an added kick and sure enough - spot on!
Overall :-
It’s very hard to pick a flaw with the burgers but the price point is something to consider. If you’re looking for a quick budget bite, skip this one but come right back when the taste buds come calling !

Went there twice while in Birmingham. First time I went had to wait a long time for food as the place was a bit crowded, but the second time I went the food was done quickly. Taste is as good as any other Five Guys, fries there are particularly good. Peanuts had a weird taste though.
Staff is friendly, food is done in a short time & it’s delicious. They usually add extra fries which I’m sure everyone appreciates. They’re shakes are irresistible 😍
One of the best burgers i have ever had, love the idea where you can make your own burger without realizing that, good serving speed and good quality and free nuts
If its Birmingham, Five Guys it is then.. breakfast, lunch or dinner i dont care what time of the day it is I make sure I always step in to#fiveguys to fill my hungry tummy up. The burgers are amazing and the staff is nicer.. The burgers are made with love for sure coz its hard to end up with one.. great job five guys. Will be visiting you soon again..
As you step in the mall you see a queue of people literally overflowing from this place and why not - it has the most sumptuous burgers - absolutely delicious! I tried the little bacon burger and the cheese bacon burger and they were just wow!!
Good value for money and a must must visit!!
Probably the best burger I have ever had in my life. The food was served in decent time (it was fun to see it made fresh in front of you). The fries were divine and the free toppings are an added bonus. The cheeseburger I had was a big portion. Overall worth every penny.

Just wanted to write in and say how impressed I was with not only the food, but also the quality of service I received on what was my first visit to Five Guys, at The Bullring in Birmingham !!!
Just had two days travelling back and forth from London, and after an experience to forget in my first hotel which resulted in me walking out to find another at 10.00 p.m last night, I eventually went out to find food about 10.30 p.m
Whilst quite expensive , I’ve been told many a time how good Five Guys are and as the store was still open, I decided to give it a go.
Once inside there were no other customers in , and Jay, who was busy cleaning, took time to explain how the ordering worked, and that I could have as many toppings as I liked on my burger .
Harrison was cooking or preparing food behind him, and overhearing the conversation made his own suggestions and had some banter !
Having made my mind up I went to pay , and realised I’d left my wallet at the hotel 5 minutes down the road !
Despite the time it wasn’t an issue , and I dashed off to return shortly afterwards. Arriving back at the counter they could see how exhausted I was, but they obviously trusted I would be back, as my food was virtually ready !
Unsure which sauce to have on the burger , they puy the hot sauce in a separate pot, in the event I wanted to give it a go, without it potentially ruining my meal, if not to my taste !!
The burger itself was made in front of me, and was amazing ! All the ingredients were fresh, care had been taken to prepare it for me, and the Cajun chips , which they kindly switched to a regular size , were fabulous !!
The level of service was exemplary, and despite it being 10 minutes to closing, no-one rushed me, but instead Harrison who was now sweeping the restaurant asked on a couple of occasions if everything was ok , before Jay did likewise !
Great food, and wonderful staff made for a brilliant first impression !!!!
Customer service is crucial these days and both Jay and Harrison have it in abundance !
Hopefully I will be back !!
It was my first time in Birmingham and in a five guys as well, and I didn't know what to expect, but I tried out the shake and it was amazing, so a few hours later I went back for a burger. Matthew was my cashier twice, and he was extremely helpful with everything and he made me very confident with my order.
10/10 would recommend
My server, George, was awesome. Lovely and friendly, walked me through the menu, recommended the Grilled Cheese with a burger patty in it and some toppings. Needless to say, it was beautiful. Amazing service, 100% recommend for anyone looking for top notch, hand crafted burgers ❤️.
Resteraunt was very clean given it was 4 PM, again highly recommend 👌.
Fantastic burgers! It is expensive for a fast food place but it was totally worth it. The burger seemed small but they put so much stuff in it, and their patties are so big you realise how big of a burger is. I didn't really like the chips, I prefer the chips more crispy, but leaving the skin add a nice taste to it. Definetly suggest you to try it.

Tried five guys for the first time yesterday with my friend when I went to visit Birmingham and we was served by a nice man called Richard, he recommended a peanut butter and banana milkshake which tasted amazing and gave us information about what was on the menu, this was some of the best service I have had for a long time, the food itself was delicious, if I ever see a five guys again I will definitely come back, really enjoyed my experience
First time at 5 Guys and I really enjoyed the concept. The old school diner vibe is cool. The breakdown of how to place the actual burger/food order could be explained better but there is a visual menu so that helped. Not his fault, training should be personal so he could be more confident.
First logical question would be "is this your first time at 5 guys", would saved a lot of hangryness.
The open kitchen was so nice to see and staff were nice and friendly. Soda options were insane and appreciated!
I hope the door on the stairs can be set to auto close cz that cold breeze is serious!!
Super delicious! The taste of meat with the bread and other ingredients is such great! I loved how they shape their chips. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend if you want a really succulent and meaty, customisable burger 🍔 the spicy fries are amazing also, it's not often I want to eat all my fries but here I want to eat them allll 😋
