Amazingly tasty breakfast with an absolutely top guy in charge! Will definitely be back. Everything we had was so tasty!! Would thoroughly recommend!!
Fab place - we visited for breakfast. The menu was really interesting - you could get the usual full breakfast etc but there were extra dishes which sounded great. Everything we ordered tasted really good. Shame this is not nearer to home or it would become our regular. 😊

Chose to eat here instead of at our hotel. So happy with our choice! Great vibe and friendly staff. Food was lovely (veggie breakfast and Saint breakfast) and the chocolate brownie was amazing! Would eat here every day if we could!
It’s getting harder and harder to get a table here! The place is just so good. Friendly efficient service, great food ( spiced eggs or beetroot fritters my personal faves) and amazing coffee . Stop telling people about it!
Called in for a Birthday breakfast and wasn't disappointed! Great choice and excellent service. Will definitely return and recommend.
Food here today was excellent and the lad who served us was amazing my daughter has multiple food allergies and he checked ingredients and spoke to the kitchen and it was no bother. Brilliant thank you!
Great food and great surroundings , nice place to visit
I come here for the coffee. Deep and full of flavour. Food is always good and the cakes taste fresh.
Great tasting cappuccino. Friendly service, would come back again.
Love Saint!!! Great place for the team to kick back and enjoy a coffee and s bite to eat! Awesome staff and vibe
Lovely breakfast, poached egg with smashed avocado and haloumi. The sour dough toast is very filling. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.
Great food! Brilliant service. Fabulous atmosphere!
Working right around the corner from here meant I was often popping in for lunch. I enjoyed seeing that the menu would change slightly as the seasons did, for example selling individual wedges of watermelon for 50p when the weather warmed up.
The staff are friendly and helpful when it comes to navigating the extensive coffee and tea selection, as well as just general friendliness.
It's got a very 'local' feel to it, as faces become familiar very quickly and you can see who the staff instantly recognise.
The food itself isn't anything incredibly special, but it's nice to pick up a caprese salad or a thick sandwich and head to St Paul's opposite for lunch by the church.
This is an all round five star place. The food is creative and fresh, and great for vegans. The service is warm and attentive, it smells delicious with the open kitchen. The coffee is top notch and it's really hard to resist the cakes. Peanut butter brownie anyone?! Today I had the pulled mushroom bagel, insanely good.
Had a great coffee and bacon bagel here. Seemed to be very popular for Sunday brunch and I can see why! Staff were lovely too, all in all I would definitely go back regularly if I lived in Birmingham.
Great little independent cafe. Quite pricey (£7 for a scotch egg bhaji side dish) but it's city centre prices I guess. Nice atmosphere and it was very busy but service was still efficient.
Only downside is that the kitchen is open plan to the cafe so we came out stinking of cooking (clothes, hair etc). You could even see the "haze" lingering inside the restaurant which wasn't nice. Some better extraction and it would be perfect.
We had a nice breakfast here on Saturday morning. The menu seemed to be largely bagel based, I had the croque special and OH a smoked salmon bagel. The house chai latte was tasty, we had two each, and the croque was tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed 2 slices of their home cured bacon, juicy and salty, yum!
The bagel was tasty too I'm told. It's a nice friendly atmosphere, they do welcome dogs and that's my only point deduction, which is my personal preference. The dog next to us was understandably quite interested in its surrounds and what was on its owner's plate so I couldn't fully relax. Nothing against dogs but I prefer to eat with 2 legged individuals. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I'd return for a takeaway. If you're happy with canines, then this would be a 5 star.
Absolutely loved it here! Staff were really friendly and welcoming and the food was lovely and quirky in the best way- combinations I’d have never thought of but LOVED - beautiful location too - made our anniversary celebration really warm and happy because of the lovely staff and tasty food - I hope to come here again !
We had a wonderful brunch at Saint Kitchen last Sunday. We had a very warm welcome from Siobhan, who found room for us away from the door and where we could stow our luggage. The place was buzzing - very busy. The staff dealt with it all very efficiently but always in a very friendly way. The food was high quality and delicious, and offered plenty of options. The cafe is well placed on St Paul's square. A very positive experience!
Great spot for our regular Saturday brunch. Keen staff and a nicely different menu. New menu is excellent, and the Njuda Bagel special was lovely.

Really nice food! I recommend the halloumi bagel. My partner had the granola and she said it was too sweet and a bit sickly? Rather clumpy too. Their coffees are good, hot chocolate powder does clump in the mochas though!
Stopped in for a few pastries and was not disappointed. Paid £14 for 3 but well worth it.
Amazing brunch experience on a busy Sunday afternoon! Great coffee, crispy and buttery warm croissant, nice homemade sweet chilli potatoes, tasty sourdough toasts with avocado, black garlic hummus and well baked bacon. The only downside poached eggs were a bit over, but it was super busy and the rest was excellent. Staff very kind, reasonably priced. Will definitely come back.
Loved it. It's such a nice feeling to go away from a cafe feeling content and happy.
Fantastic coffee and lovely rotating menus. We'll always come back for brunch! I am still sad they've stopped doing bagels and instead you get a small amount of sourdough. But it's still delicious.
The service can be hit and miss too. The slim man is great others, not so much.
Came here for breakfast and I was delighted with the food. Excellent service and the place is very clean and is a big bonus. The food was very good and tasty. Had the smashed avacado with bacon and poached eggs and everything was excellent and cooked to perfection with lots of flavour. Highly recommended for food and the excellent service.
I was expecting your run of the mill brunch place but was pleasantly surprised to get more than that. My smashed avocado eggs on sourdough toast was delicious and my friend's butternut squash houmous as well. Eggs had bright orange yolk which hopefully shows great quality. I like that the sourdough is the default option and the spices were really well balanced. There was nothing i would add or take away. They claim that everything is home made and i am minded to believe them. I enjoyed my cappuccino as well, and not just because there is an option for a small version. The staff was lovely, prices were reasonable... no reason not to go again
My day is complete when our breakfast/brunch is at Saint Kitchen. The food is fresh and cooked to perfection! The service is superb. We go here once or twice a week — that’s how much we love Saint Kitchen ♥️
Now I love trying to find kooky interesting breakfast places, so tried some great ones in my time.
The Romesco I had here is I think the nicest breakkie I've ever eaten.
We got here before opening and the aroma from inside was intoxicating.
Cannot recommend highly enough.
price reasonable, nice view of the church garden, very lively ambience with friendly staff. eggs were poached to exactly right texture and the seasoning on the eggs (some kind of seaweed? not sure) were delicious. mushroom and chili oil goes well with the hummus too!
Had a salt beef bagel and it was really really good. The coffee is great as well!
And the place is pet friendly
I visited on a Friday morning and had a vegetarian breakfast, it was a bit pricey and cost £9 but I was completely full by the end and had managed most of it. I asked for non runny eggs and they were cooked the way I asked, the halloumi was lovely and salty and the new potatoes and cherry tomatoes were very tasty. The toast was done on a grill and had olive oil drizzled over it so had a lovely charred taste. I went at 10am and it was quiet, however by 10.30 it was a full house, and there were no tables left. I would say if you wanted abit of quiet time in the morning then the best time to arrive would be between 9 -10am. I also had a hot chocolate, and out of the three different varieties I had the original, if was slightly bitter as real chocolate buttons are used, so I would say be wary of this if your expecting a sweet drink and cost £2.60 for a medium. My drink took a few minutes to make and was brought to my table and my breakfast took under 10 minutes. I parked for an hour which cost £1 outside (or £1.80 for two hours maximum stay), so it is possible to be in and out within this time. I feel the restaurant is buggy friendly as there are some tables where a Pram could be positioned to the side, I did spot one high chair, however there were no baby changing facilities, but there was a metal display table in the toilet, that could be used if you brought your own changing mat, but doesn’t look like it would be safe or comfortable. I loved the atmosphere, and I can definitely see myself returning at least once a month for a pick me up. I say come and give this place a try and I will definitely be returning to try the pancakes as they looked divine!
