Visited on a weekday. The place was well organized. Service was impressive especially from the Asian lady who was taking orders. Food quantity could've been better. Great location and ample parking though

Food Quality has started to improve, it’s still has long way to get to what Akbar’s signature taste it served once upon Time. The service has Always Been excellent that hasn’t changed, sadly the restaurant is looking tired mr Shabir stop pocketing ever penny. Spend some back on the Restaurant

Very super fast service & we got steaming hot food , even Ashif was very smart & helpful… he came to our table every 5-7 minutes to check about food & services … Achari Dal & Halim was strongly recommended…
We were served by Shehzad and Varun. Service was excellent and welcoming and they were always available to help despite the rush. First time visited Akbar's in Birmingham. Staffs so friendly and prices reasonable . I love the family naan great looking and delicious . The curry lamp fantastic and Karachi was so so yummy 😋

As soon as I stepped in, I was amazed by the atmosphere of the place... beautiful lighting. The food didn't let me down either, in fact I was left in awe at the sight (and taste) of the impressive, buttery naan. I'll definitely return :)
Akbar's food is amazing and the atmosphere on a Saturday evening is buzzing. Be warned though - if it's a busy night, you will be waiting a while, both to be seated and to get your food. It's worth the wait, but be aware of that!

One of the best Pakistani food places I have ever tasted! The authentic taste in the curries was truly amazing and delicious. Hashim made the experience a whole lot better! He definitely deserves a bonus! Definitely recommend!

Amazing! 12/10!! Best place in the midlands for a authentic lamb curry. Succulent, soft and flavourful curry with the just right amount of heat and they do mild medium and hot versions!
