Excellent quality food all round, and plenty of choice when it comes to making your burger. A bit pricy, but it's worth it for a treat.
A great experience the last 2 times I've visited. Nice to try some different burgers that are of a Good quality. Service is good and the place has a nice atmosphere. You can see the food being made behind the counter.
Price wise it's obviously more expensive than McDonald's and burger king but you get what you pay for. This is reasonable for some good quality burgers.

A bit on the pricey side compared to other chain restaurants, but the increase in food quality means that the extra money spent is easy to justify. As long as you're in the mood for a burger, they have a wide selection to choose from. Staff are always welcoming, and while the restaurant itself won't blow you away with its looks, it's not offensive either.
A very good restaurant overall. Their burgers are very good and offer a friendly selection of sides. Skinny fries are literally skinny so I'd go for chips next time if you're considering. Only major disappointment was the restaurant had no beef on the specific day I went so had to go for chicken. Check if you have to.
Awesome experience. My husband has been to all the other big gourmet burger chains and rates this one as the best yet. The restaurant was clean. The staff attentive and friendly. The chef, Mario, cooked the meal in a timely fashion and exactly as requested. He absolutely nailed it! The best place to eat in Birmingham! Thank you guys!!
GBK does a variety of interesting and pretty tasty burgers, and this branch is familiarly consistent. The only downside with the chain is that their menu is about 50% more expensive than it should be.
This restaurant gets quite noisy when busy as the hard surfaces, cavernous room and lack of acoustic treatment leave little to soak up conversation. But less talk, more eat! (Try the milkshakes and New Zealand burger sauces...)
Always really great service, there is a wide variety of choice on the menu and all of is is spectacular. Their onion rings and milkshakes are far superior compared to others. Does get quite busy at times but that is to be expected.
I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff were lovely, the food was delicious, a little pricey but you will enjoy it. I loved the California burger & I will be returning :)
For a fantastic burger, fries, drink and more head here! Run by a New Zealander - even serving a New Zealand soft drink!
Even when we had to send back a salad for having too much vinegar, it was happily replaced and delivered to our table fresh.
