Caffe Concerto - Birmingham - Photo album

I have been a loyal customer of café concerto for the past 3 years. The staff and the service has always been superb. If you are looking for either an authentic coffee, delicious cake or a quick coffee, this is the place for you.
Only came here for a coffee and it was very nice. The service was excellent. Place was very clean and well kept and great views over looking the platform below.
A treasure for sweet tooth people. Delicious, super soft, mouth melting cakes. Chocolate Gateaux pastry is a must try!
Exuse meeee...I'm Ppollo and I drink always at Caffè Concerto. It is Wonderland for me! Delicioussss Cake, Drinks are WOWwowWOW! I love MojitoOOO! I LOVE ICE CREAMMM! Sorry🍗🤪
Can’t fault the cakes. They’re moist and fluffy. We ordered the Honey Cake, Carrot Cake, Ferrero Cake and a Pistachio Cake. Certainly a nice treat. Highly recommend the Honey Cake and the chocolatey Ferrero Cake in particular. I personally found the Carrot Cake to be a bit too too sweet.
Lovely service, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The food was lovely, we went for afternoon tea last Saturday where they were happy to change the sandwiches for what we liked. We were served by Valeria who was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again
Me and my mother visited this place for an afternoon tea. Il be honest I wasn't expecting much at all. However was extremely surprised with how good quality the food was here. The sandwiches had a really good amount of filling and were super delicious 👌 the scones were yummy and the sweet treats wen
A beautiful cafe in the Grand Central. Delicious Gelato, scrumptious looking cakes & pastries, lovely ambience, well mannered, professional and courteous staff. Reasonably priced. Will definitely be visiting again.
Last week I took a virgin Mojito and it was delicious, the service was amazing. The lady who served me was soo nice, she was kind and smiley. Her name is Valeria. Definitely coming back. Recommended to everyone.
Afternoon Tea is so worth it! Brilliant customer service by Guiseppe (might have spelt the name wrong) Really clean, great service, presentation of food and variety is so good! Reasonable covid measures in place. Recommend a try Price: £27.50 for afternoon tea for 2 pp and an additional iced tea a
One of the best things about this cafe/bar is the staff. They're incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and always willing to offer recommendations based on your preferences. They're also very friendly and personable, making you feel like you're chatting with old friends rather than strangers.Drink
a coffee bar really full of fresh and very good products. The place is very clean and tidy. The staff are very welcoming, especially a girl called Elisa.
I went for a catch up with a friend. Lovely cake, but rather pricey. £23 for two cakes, a pot of tea and a decaf Cappuccino. Nice treat though.
Bought a cake from here, it was super tasty. Sponge is very moist and the cream filling isn't too sweet either. Dark chocolate used in decorations which was much appreciated. And it looks pretty.
