Good fast service on a busy lunch time. Burger was great and very generous portion of Cajun fries. Expensive maybe but you get what you pay for and it was well worth it 👍
People's saying it's over priced for what it is well you'd pay the same for a Burger King or a macdonals meal !!! Five guys in my opinion is the best burger around with out a doubt
Visited on Friday 4th August early evening. The staff greeted and served quickly.
Food is always very yummy and always good sized position. This is like a great place to get a true taste of America without having to travel.
The staff are always busy and great to see them keeping on top of the cleaning even when the place was busy.
I don't drink milk shakes often, but always love them when I come to a Five Guys.
If you want a great burger and tasty fries definitely visit here, it isn't the cheapest but it's well worth the money.
food is okay as in all the five guys, good fries. the grilled cheese was a bit tasteless.
staff was super friendly and nice, loved that.
5* isn't enough. The staff the food the place is beyond perfection. The lady who served me looked in my eye, she smiled, the food is fresh, tasty good portion, the tables are clean, the floor is clean as well... the whole experience is great. Every time I visit. Thank you 😊
9 minutes short walk from Odeon Luxe. Better than eating Odeon hotdogs. Great service, responsive friendly team. The manager ensured freshly cooked beef patties. Large fries was too much for me but great for the next day. Grabbed some peanuts on the way out to indulge with:
1x Cheeseburger
Mayo, Lettuce, Pickles, Tomato, Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, Ketchup, Mustard
£9.95
1x Large Cajun Fries £5.95
1x Milkshake
Oreo® Cookie Pieces, REESE’S, Salted Caramel, Add Whipped Cream
£5.65
Order Total:
£21.55
It will be my go to when I come back. The food and drink were delicious. I didn’t know how the drink would turn out. Those ordering a milkshake, make sure you take two straws. The paper ones don’t last long. So worth it! 🔥
Good burgers. Fast service. It was a Saturday night - so lots of drunk people.
Staff were efficient and speedy getting my order through. Once I got it I had ketchup instead of BBQ sauce (I ordered a little cheese burger with BBQ sauce - nothing else). However, my partner's came out fine and he'd ordered about 7 extras!
Lots of drink choices, including caffeine free - which is great.
WARNING!
Beautiful food review ahead!
This restaurant is a stereotypical American diner but without all the greasy food.
There are no complex menus. Perfect for them indecisive people who spend forever choosing what to eat.
You place the self order at your own leisure and no time in wasted getting you seated as its all self seating on comfortable benches.
As a vegetarian you need to opt for the 'veggie sandwich with grilled cheese'. The name is deceptive. It's actually a hot burger bun with grilled mushrooms tomatoes onions lettuce with optional pickles and jalapenos with spicy hot sauce. Fantastic news, they don't charge you for optional extras so go wild when ordering.
Definitely recommend a side portion of Cajun fries, the most addictive sides I've tasted, but I would recommend the small size as they always give you what seems to be double the quantity and it's perfect to feed two.
The Oreo milkshake is thick and a perfect texture. It has plenty of Oreo biscuits for a strong flavour and fuller texture. But it's heavy so drink slowly, otherwise you find yourself struggling to finish your burger.
The food is served quickly via self collection. You're given an order number on your receipt. Best thing whilst you wait is the unlimited supply of roasted salted peanuts still in the shells. I made a right mess everywhere but hey, they tasted good!
Price is reasonable, however the side order of fries are somewhat overpriced for regular size just under £5. If ordering the veggie sandwich then I'd recommend ordering 2x. The burger is small.
There is no on site free parking unless travelling after 6pm where there is street parking which gets busy quickly behind broad st. Otherwise there is ample paid car parks within a short walking distance.
Overall, this was a great experience and I was unable to fault the staff or restaurant.
I would indeed recommend all vegetarians and vegans to visit.
Great family burger restaurant, it’s just a shame they do not offer gluten free buns but u can have a lettuce wrapped burger instead, high quality
I make a mean burger but I love the five guys experience. The burgers and toppings are lovely, the fries are delish but the milkshakes are to die for, my fave is the Strawberry.
It's not cheap but I don't mind for a treat every now and then.
Mmmm mmm
Delicious burgers as always! Quick service. Recommended!
