Service is a bit slow, especially when waiting to be seated. Food average in comparison with their old high-quality food. Atmosphere is nice but dim, some tables got spot lights and other really dark.
Stopped by TGI Fridays after visiting the Jurassic Park 30th Anniversary event across the road. We didn't eat but had drinks at the bar. Jake and Joe were absolutely fantastic in making us feel welcome and looked after. A fantastic experience and I would go back again simply because of their professionalism and friendliness.

Fathers day treat today, we visited the good food show at the NEC then headed here for a late lunch.
We were worn out and starving on arrival.
There are so many places to choose from to eat here with all the big names and familiar foods, it's been a while since I've eaten in a TGI's.
Staff were friendly and welcoming though
We were early so couldn't be seated straight away, we were given a buzzer and sat by the bar having a mooch at the menu.
Once it was our time, we were buzzed to be shown to our table.
Once seated we chose quickly from the great menu and ordered. We weren't told about a wait, but waited over 45 mins for food.
We were told it was due to the allergy my mum has.
Food was finally delivered hot, fresh, tasty and plentiful. We shared it between two of us so it was nice to have a mixture.
Would definitely recommend and will be back.
When brought to our table and given menus, we were not informed of dishes that would not be available to order (any ribs) or small chance of availability due to only three being left (cajun bacon chop)
We were only informed by the server after we tried to order both items. I then felt rushed to find an alternative when i was unable to order the ribs.
Mainly the disappointing factor
Was nice place to eat before the concert we were going to. Service was excellent and food was usual TGI standard. Nice touch was playing Billy Idol tunes through the restaurant to get you in the mood for the gig.

Varied menu on cocktails and mocktails. Range of milkshakes too.
There is a waiting period at peak times but you can sit around the bar and order drinks. The customer service is excellent and you see a smile on everyone's face. Very diligent and professional
The place is equally enjoyed by adults and kids. You get a true American flavour in the restaurant and food.
This one is located at bottom floor with the entrance from outside the resorts world. You have good access to great scenery to sit outside if the weather is good.
Compared to restaurants of similar size and cuisines it could be tad costly for a family but its a must visit place for the experience.
Fantastic atmosphere, clean and welcoming staff. We had to wait for about 15 minutes for a table. Our table was clean and we'll presented. Our waitress was friendly and polite. She was prompt and informative about our food. The food was outstanding! The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and so were the ribs. The sesame seed chicken starter was so so tasty. Will definitely be going here again soon. Great food and great customer service.

Jake was such a great host and made sure we was well looked after, personally I would hire him at for my business as he has all that it takes for quality service and personality. He’s a keeper !!! Also the rest of the team and Ryan were fantastic, thank you for a lovely birthday !!
Good variety of tasty food. Big, satisfying portions. Good music and cool decor. Great location. Perfect place for a night out. Refillable soft drinks.
We ate at 7pm on a Friday. Our waitress kept on top of all of our needs, and was delightful and friendly without being overbearing. She gave us a good first-hand recommendation when a dessert wasn't available. Always a great sign when the staff have a favourite they have on their break!
