Service is a bit slow, especially when waiting to be seated. Food average in comparison with their old high-quality food. Atmosphere is nice but dim, some tables got spot lights and other really dark.
Stopped by TGI Fridays after visiting the Jurassic Park 30th Anniversary event across the road. We didn't eat but had drinks at the bar. Fathers day treat today, we visited the good food show at the NEC then headed here for a late lunch.
We were worn out and starving on arrival.
There are so many places to choose from to eat here with all the big names and familiar foods, it's been a while since I've eaten in a TGI's.

When brought to our table and given menus, we were not informed of dishes that would not be available to order (any ribs) or small chance of availability due to only three being left (cajun bacon chop)

Was nice place to eat before the concert we were going to. Service was excellent and food was usual TGI standard. Nice touch was playing Billy Idol tunes through the restaurant to get you in the mood for the gig.
