Never a bad meal! Food very good an hot value for money! Staff always checking if food is ok! Brilliant service as always 🙂
Once again a great visit food and service great waiter Aaron very attentive in his work tables were cleaned very soon after customers left polite and professional nothing was to much trouble, great service when ordering food also with follow up drinks young lady also professional and polite. Only down fall was bar man obviously known by regulars pretty vocal not the best use of language (known by regulars) didn't serve is or acknowledge us at the bar. The management run a tight ship and a pleasure to visit shame other hungry horses cannot take a leaf out of the Cranes management and team.

Mark behind the bar was very polite & helpful when ordering so many drinks for our big party.
Popped in for a quick bite to eat. The food is good value for money . The young man who served us at the table was so nice (Lewis) and my elderly mom warmed to him especially. Kind young man. A credit to the pub
was a family meal and the staff and owners couldn't be more accommodating ..wonderful food ( I sampled all the tables grub) Katie and Jamie were brilliant 5 stars all over .will be back

Firstly, I would like to say excellent service from all the staff who served us.
We were, however, disappointed with the new menu. My grandad loves this place as he loved the supersize cod and chips but this has now gone from the menu along with a lot of other super size meals. There is still a decent variety but nowhere near what there used to be.
Another thing that I find strange is that we couldn't swap crispy potatoes to chips on a couple of the meals. So had to pay for 2 portions of chips. Reason we were given is because we can't swap potatoes for potatoes!? Shame, because the crispy potatoes were not great and I left mine so a bit of a waste really.
Go to the Crane regularly with family and friends. Both for drinks and food always great service from the whole team, food is always hot and delicious never had anything I didn’t like. Atmosphere is great whether it’s for a night out to watch a group/singer or just for a family meal. Staff are really friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. Definitely recommend
Today, we ate at the Crane pub for the first time, and it's mad because we literally live 5 minutes down the road from it. Anyway we were greeted so nicely by the manager, she was friendly and had a bubbly personality. We ordered our food at the bar, and the lad who served me was super helpful👍🏻. Our starters came, and the quality was superb, not long after, our mains came and again compliments to the chef, the food was cooked to perfection.
Our first-time experience here was beautiful. I want to say thank you to Harry, Alicia, and Isobelle for helping us, serving us, and making us feel so welcome. Honestly, the staff were fantastic, very polite, and approachable.

Very nice place for a family meal. When I come to Birmingham to visit my family I really enjoy time here with them. Very friendly place to be, calm and relaxing atmosphere and the food is delicious. The team are all really friendly and helpful making it a really nice addition to our time in Birmingham. Thank you all so much
