Went there on crutches they were super accommodating. Ria and Clive greeeted us at the door and found us the perfect spot for the football and Ria helped by explaining every deal available. We had an amazing time and would travel back here to purely go to this venue!!
Very good venue early in the evening, live music, good beer and a decent meal for only £5, later on in the evening it changed to a very poor disco.

Great bar with really good selection of drinks. Food was really nice and staff were great! Was busy but they sorted people out and kept on top. Nice place for a drink.
The Rugby was on aswell and they have plenty of screens so really enjoyed it!
I called in here a few days ago to film the Birmingham jazz festival. I have been back four times. Have passed this place many times but only recently visited during Birmingham jazz festival. Loved the music vibe, it's unusual to go to a bar that has live music of varying types. The recorded music is different to what I expected too. The only issue is if you want to listen to the music away from

Great Atmosphere,The band I went to see Vaseline were Amazing if they are here again well worth Seeing.

Ria made such a good situation of a terrible situation. She was very accommodating, understanding and profession. And like I say. Turned a cancelled show into a good vibe.

Absolutely brilliant night at the Velvet Music Rooms for an end of term party. The staff were fantastic and looked after us all night. The food and drinks were great and the live music was superb. Thank you for a fabulous night out!
