My family where starting at the Travel Lodge in walking distance of the restaurant so decided to try this Frankie's out.
It was the day before my daughter's birthday and e mentioned it to server who took note.

there was good food “scrumdidlyumpsous”. wait time was a bit long but that was due to a big party. waitress was very nice. shout out to chelsea. love ya chelsea😍 - from those 5 girls who took all of the bananas out the brownies
Lovely staff (waitress was Nicole) who went above and beyond to make my teenage daughter feel special on her birthday. She visited with her friends and was treated to a free desert and happy birthday sung by the staff. Gorgeous food and a lovely atmosphere with wonderful staff. Thank you!
Came as a party of 8 and had a fantastic visit. Service by Chelsea was brilliant. Food was amazing, every need taken care of, everything came in good time and all together and service always at hand for any questions, fresh drinks etc.
Will definitely be back.

I visited yesterday and to say the service was great was an understatement. Paris our waitress was so friendly and helpful. My son wanted to order the cookie dough but this was not available which was upsetting as he has this every time. But overall we had a great time and look forward to returning
First time we have been here. We arrived for breakfast, atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Waiter (pete) seated us in about 30 seconds.
Ordered our food, 2 big ones with some changes. They were covered no issues at all, even offered some exchanges for what we took off, great and unusual as this chain

Food was nice, well presented. Could have done with being a little hotter. It wasn't piping hot when it arrived. The staff were brilliant. So friendly and helpful. Lovely big dining area and clean. Wheelchair accessible, family friendly. Massive carpark underneath the venue too.
Was just a pit-stop but my son couldnt resist a red velvet cookie dough dessert. Was pleasurable to be out but inside after a long lockdown. I think the staff missed us too 🍴😋

Friendly service, decent sized portions but the food was a bit hut and miss. My friend was not able to taste any cheese on her potato skins and my BBQ chicken wings were a little dry. My meatballs and spaghetti was great, but my friends had a tenth of the sauce for some reason.
