Karibu Coffee House - Birmingham - Photo album

I have been meaning to go to Karibu for some time and now that I have been, I will definitely return! Having spent a portion of my childhood in Tanzania, I wanted to try some food that would remind me of that time and Karibu certainly delivered. My husband and I decided to split the Swahili kebabs,
Finding out that the interior of Karibu Coffee House was updated only 3 years ago. Given the pace at which change has on interior design. Karibu looks fresh, I would argue cool. I love the mix of modern lighting elements mixed with Tanzanian art works. If you do visit, please speak with the owner. H
Such a brilliant cafe just a short walk from the bullring. The Samosa Chaat is insta famous but also really really tasty! Make sure you learn a new language from the wall art too!
My favourite cafe!!! This little gem in Digbeth serves amazing food and drinks in an inviting setting. The owners are lovely and welcoming - I've NEVER been disappointed with my food. They also sell handmade items from Africa :-)
Lush food, wonderful staff, interesting decor, if a tad pricey. Definitely one to check out if you're in the area of the bus station!
Amazing little cafe. The food was great, the atmosphere was nice and quiet. A good place if you want to get away the busy center of Birmingham. The decoration were also amazing. I really recommend it!
Staff were really friendly and pleasant, food was really good! Something different from all the typical cafes. If your in digbeth worth popping in trying their samoas and mandazis! 👌
Absolutely loved it here! The atmosphere and décor was lovely and chilled, perfect stop for my lunch break. And the staff were so friendly and welcoming. And the fooood!!! I was recommended one of the specials Mbaazi Mandazi if I wanted something a bit different, and it was next level amazing, I’ve
Great place to have coffee. Cake, chocolate and coffee were amazing. Ambient is quite charming and colorful
Decor is beautiful. I am very excited that they sell things like Big G and Mabuyu. Just wish more east African foods were available on the menu instead of things like pasta. It was very exciting to see mandazi sold in the city centre, or Birmingham in general. Will definitely go again because 🇰🇪.
Nicely decorated coffee shop. Friendly staff. Conveniently located. Had this delicious African lamb samosas with a side sauce. Highly recommended.
Really liked the food well worth seeking out and just a short walk from the City centre or coach station. Staff very friendly and attentive.
We have been ordering from KCH for a couple of years now. Never have we been disappointed with the quality & service from this family business. The taste and presentation of their food makes us reminisce the holidays our family has spent in my fathers home country of Tanzania. If you are looking for
I can't believe I'd never stopped for a coffee here before. Acoustics are perfect and there is a really relaxing atmosphere. The young gentleman that served me was super nice and welcoming. Cheese toastie and coffee were perfect and I definitely have my eye on the prawns for the next time I pop in.
Excellent place for a quite, clean, and halal breakfast. Unlike other breakfast places, Karibu Coffee House has the great experience in terms of nicely decorated (African theme), halal food (for those who only eat delicious halal food), and cleanliness (cooking is done in an isolated kitchen, so no
Great food and service. If they repair the piano it will be my perfect breakfast spot in Birmingham!
Had a really delicious lunch! Would really recommend the Karibu masala chips. Something a little different to your everyday cafe with options for everyone 😄
