Caffe Nero - Birmingham - Photo album

Could have more seating but a really nice aesthetic atmosphere and really good food and drinks. I recommend the luxury hot chocolate, it was amazing. Good service from respectful staff. ♥️
Absolutely lovely place, dog 🐕 friendly, relaxing, great out door seating, our dog enjoyed the puppa chino 😁 staff only can remember one of their names sorry (ruksana) really welcoming and friendly service with a smile, will definitely be going more often when taking dog for walk and need a breather
Visited here around 8am on a Sunday. Huge queue, but the Commonwealth Games were on so may have been related to that. It was fairly empty inside so most must've been taking their drinks to go. Great coffee, can't really comment on the service as it was my wife who queued up so I had no interactions
This is a busy Nero in the afternoon. The staff are friendly but busy. It seems like they don’t have enough time to clean up tables after customers leave. However, the overall atmosphere in the store is chill and comfortable.
My favourite local go-to cafe! The coffee here is consistently amazing. The service is always good as well. If you like a true Italian coffee then I highly recommend Cafe Nero! The coffee I recommend? Oat flat white - all day long.
Great cafe in a beautiful location. Staff are always quick with your order and the prices are reasonable for what you get. Plenty of seating inside and outside the cafe and plenty of options for drinks and food.
Popped in for a takeaway iced latte. Service was quick and had no wait at all, despite the cafe being very busy. Drink was usual high standard.
Love their selection of drinks & treats! Comfortable and cosy indoor seating, particularly the sofa, the outdoor seating is also a bonus! I'd certainly pick Caffe Nero over other coffee shops! 👍
A great café in a remote location, in Brindley Place. It's very spacious with tremendously comfy seating. Almost out of a catalogue. A great place to wind down or meet and greet. The staff are very friendly.
I always like Cafe Nero decaf coffee. It wasn't too busy as we managed yo get a table for 10!
Best cafe in Brindley Place! Cozy and relax !
Always great coffee & croissants here. But some staff need more training though. She yelled across to me while I was already seated, to collect my order even though my husband & some friends were waiting at the counter for it. Pretty embarrassing & rude.
Compact little cafe Nero in the heart of brindley place, always has great coffee and fresh pastries. Staff are welcoming too.
Met my partner after work. Always a nice relaxed atmosphere here and staff always excellent
The staff are friendly and the cappuccino cake tastes great!
