Beautifully cooked food. Good service. Excellent large function room upstairs. Loved seeing the Bob Marley tribute act
Quick lunch midweek. Was very quiet. 3 lots of lunch and drinks each came in around 12 per head. Nothing complex or exciting, but food came quickly and was good. Felt like a locals place rather than destination pub but imagine evenings and weekends feel very different. Absolutely fine for what we wanted

There were 14 of us. Service was brilliant. Everything came out together, piping hot. Nothing missing. Food was delicious. Tasty, big portions. Good variation on the Food and drinks menu. Thank you to Steph for making sure everything ran smoothly from booking to us getting our food and Joshua for bringing all our food out .

Lovely lunch time treat. Barbecue wings and chicken wrap with chips, well cooked and delicious π½ππ―, with a nice drink too π₯. Price is very reasonable. I would recommend. Staff are very friendly.
Great manager- always goes out his way to help. Comfortable seating and booths . Plenty of variety of yummy dishes , always hot and the function room is great for tribute nights. π Fabulous.
Wow! Absolutely loved this place. Stayed at the grotty Travelodge nextdoor when I was at a trade show at the NEC just so I could go here and was not disappointed.

Friendly atmosphere and attentive bar staff, loads of big screens to watch the footy whilst you eat and simply delicious Indian food. Probably the best naan bread I have ever tasted!
Will definitely be back if I ever find myself in brum again.
We stayed at the Travelodge next door and went here for a quick dinner as it was so close. We both had a burger and fries with 2 pints for less than Β£28. Can't complain about the price and the food was hot and tasty. The staff were pleasant and service was quick. It's a loud bar and was busy but we found a quieter area off the main bar.
Wonderful place, lot of space to sit inside and outide, you can order food and drinks online after scanning QR code. Pretty fast serving and amazing food! Definitely coming back! Really enjoyed time here :)

Great place!! We came there for the 1st time in May and we ordered grilled mix, salad, rice with mushrooms and naan bread and both the presentation and taste of it was amazing. On top of that the staff is super nice and friendly. Would highly recommend π

The smokey barrels is an amazing restaurant. The atmosphere and the customer service was impeccable. They were very polite and any request I had was met with no fuss and top quality service. My partner had chicken korma and she said that it was delicious and really creamy. I've never tasted better chicken korma. The korma wasn't greasy and it was so pure and nice. I had margarita pizza and I must say it was so nice and tasty and my word the chocolate brownie was incredible. We're not from round Birmingham but I must say If I stayed at the travellodge yardley again then I will definitely come back to this restaurant it's literally less than a 40 second walk to the hotel. The only downside was the mess in the toilets but that is not the staffs fault that is the customer's fault for leaving them in a mess. Only downside is the price for a pint of kopparberg which is 4.35 per pint but that's expected. 5 star for this restaurant and I will definitely be back.ππ

I hardly ever write a reviews, but I must on this occasion. We visited a few weeks ago to test out the curries and what a mouth watering beautiful meal we had and dessert was to die for! The service was exceptional especially Vijay he was so pleasant and seen to all our needs and so patient especially with our little girl! We have committed to return every 2 weeks now!! When walk in it is very clean, modern and welcoming!
