Was astonished at the amount of fresh, delicious food we were given at such a low price yesterday. Immediate comparison with Comptoir Libanais comes to mind and if I had to choose, well...Kurdistan Restaurant, you smashed it! A hidden gem in Handsworth, nay Birmingham.

The lamb qozi and the lamb kebabs are highly recommended.
I tried the seabass but it wad too strong tasting and had way too much lemon that I couldn't eat it (i asked for less lemon when ordering). The waitress was so accommodating and swapped the dish with no questions asked. Rare to find this standard of customer service so well done.

Good, tender lamb meat with soft and fragrant rice. Pretty decent, would visit again. Staff are lovely as well. The meat broth soup with lentils as appetizer they give with their meals is really good! Parking can be a bit of a hassle, but there is a residential area just across where you can park, albeit half on the curb. Prices are pretty good and the food is fresh.
