I don't normally give a review. But the service I received from Anam was exceptional she's very polite and well mannered. The food was delicious too. I will definitely be revisiting again.
Wonderful experience. The staff are lovely, the interior is gorgeous, with outdoor seats too. The jazz music playing was nice and really adds to the atmosphere. I had the samosa chaat and it was amazing. I will definitely be coming back for more soon.
Amazing and professional service from all members of staff. I ordered a large amount of tea for a family gathering, the tea was ready on time for collection and stayed hot for hours! Amazing flavour and great value. Thank you Sham! Wonderful experience start to finish. I highly recommend Karak Chai.
This is a excellent tea place with great food to eat in or take out.
I have eaten masala omelete roll, chicken kebab roll, and had Karak chai many times, all well made.

Nice little tea shop with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Great for calm tea sessions with friends and good for socialising. One downside is when it gets busy then the atmosphere is abysmal, but other than that should check out.
Nice but slow service and no bathroom
The best Karak Chaii I've had in a while. With really nice Gulab Jamun and Gajrela to go with it. Staff are extremely polite too. Really cool looking and warm fire lamps outside. Gives the shop a very aesthetic look
Great atmosphere, and delicious food. Also, such quick service- I am able to order and eat my meal within my 30 min lunch break! Super attentive and welcoming staff-especially Ahmed and Kiren. Would recommend!
Visited this place first with "Eat out to help out". Very nice and cosy place for a cup of karak chai and the odd nibbles. Menu very similar to chaiwalla but a bit more upmarket feel.
