Nice supermarket not many tills open so choose to do self serve anything light doesn't get recognised so cashier was back and forth as I brought birthday cards. But they were very helpfull and pleasant.
Decent store with plenty of options and good parking. Can get busy and a long queue can form but it’s usually a decent place for a quick shop
Regular visits bringing my mother cos she always likes sainsbury's own brand.. she is 90 this year... staff are always very helpful and servers are always friendly and polite..nectar card always has something nice to discount too...

I regularly shop at M & S in longbridge. Lately I have been popping into Saintsbury's more often, I have been very impressed with the clothing range, of which I have bought lots of bits and pieces. Would recommend. Even better now the fitting rooms are now open.

This store is quickly deteriorating!!! Travelators never working so you have to use the lifts. The lifts always smell of marihuana and the car park has youths from the local college smoking marihuana.
Staff levels seriously depleted so tills are frequently undermanned.
Usingocal Morrisons instead
There is always enough food and it is a great atmosphere. And it is always kid friendly.
Good selection of products. I'm assuming theft is getting common as you have to scan your receipt to get out of self scan area, which I've not seen elsewhere.
