Limited food on the menu due to them not having majority of it in stock, however the food we did have was very nice. The pudding I ordered was delicious though. I ordered fish and chips but the staff didn't ask me if I'd like garden or mushy. Also Waited a while at the bar to order my drinks.
Best pub food I’ve had in a long time. Very well priced. Free parking when you eat. The waiting staff were very accommodating to 3 adults and 4 children under 4. They provided colouring paper and crayons without request and made the visit “5 star”. The trainee taking orders that day was super friend
To watch the footy on the big screen and have a decent beer but a bit pricey. Food selection has a good variety of small plate to larger appetites. There is table service for drink orders as it gets busier and it is quick. There is a down load app to make ordering easier of the food menu and its str
Came here on Tuesday evening to meet a friend for food. First impressions good. Nicely decorated and clean. We sat in one of the large booths by the bar with a TV. Not very busy with it being a Tuesday. Ladies toilets were clean which is always important! The menu has a great, varied choice. I o
I drink here Fri and Sat evenings for a couple of hours. The staff are superb and a credit to the management team. They are watchful , helpful and still manage to smile under pressure. There’s been a huge improvement since the opening when it’s understandable that they were getting used to things. K
I'd stopped coming to this pub when it was the vine, due to the sour faces and eye rolling from some of the staff and the food had taken a nose dive! Now its been taken over some of more pleasant previous staff have been kept on and the foods 100% improved well done 👏 and the decor is stylish clean
Absolutely fantastic place with top-notch staff. Management are absolutely fantastic and we loved the Halloween decorations will absolutely be returning for yet another fantastic five star meal thank you
We were served by the most amazing waitress yesterday at O'Neil harborne. Her service was next to nothing 100% as worked in customer service HR she delivered the most amazing service, so kind, accommodating, friendly and goes the extra mile. Her name is Helen and is a credit to the team 💯
I visit the O'Neills in Harborne fairly regularly since it's refresh from the Sizzling, it looks and feels fresh and great atmosphere. So time for a review! Drinks - Wide selection at the bar to pick from, always served cold and fresh. Bonus having happy hour during the week 5pm - 8pm too. Plenty o
Didn't try the food but the staff were friendly and hospitable, would drink in here regularly if I lived local, also dog friendly which is a good plus, nice beer garden for the summer aswell
A great find. The food is good and not a bad price, especially on the lunch menu. I was a little surprised to find the large Pepsi not in a pint glass given the cost.. that said, really friendly staff, great decor and music.
Came here as the Vine, totally different in a very good way! The place wonderfully clean and accommodates for each and everyone, football and bands! The food is lovely, portions are very generous. The bar staff are so friendly and very welcoming and helpful, the numerous times, my friends and I have
I have been here twice now and the service has been 10 out of 10. The jerk mac and cheese burger is so so good I had this the second time I went there, we got the two for one so had two burger meals for the price of one. Can’t get better than that. The crispy battered prawns were delicious alongsid
Huge thanks to Helen! She was so cool and made us feel really welcome. Great atmosphere and great evening 🥳
My partner and I love the transformation of this place. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a friendly smile, and approached as if you are friends. One team member especially sticks out for us. Her name is Susan, but we call her Heather Small. The food is lovely, reasonably priced, the
Desperate for a late mother's day evening meal we pulled in at this pub. Didn't look too bright inside and view through an open door by the bar showed a lot of rubbish stacked in the corridor. There were no roast meals available, as that was only for lunchtime, or the special meals on a separate men
Helen was so helpful, really made sure we had a great night catching up with friends. Would definitely return!
Came as a group/family for a birthday celebration- food and service was great. Compliments to the chefs, even though we weren't sure of their names their service was excellent; a long with Helen and Reece.
