First time here, we was a party of 8 and the staff was amazing and catered to all our needs, the food was brilliant all came out on time will definitely visit again as we all had a really good time there, thank you to the staff member that took our order, credit to her she was fantastic
Staff were super friendly and provided brilliant service, the place has a really good atmosphere. Definitely a must for anyone planning to vist.
For a chain restaurant the food is good, nice sized portions that cleverly leaving you wanting another course, or just enough that your not stuffed and want to sleep off your food coma. Having said that it does get repetitive if your staying in the hotel for any length of time. Staff are very friendly, polite and service is nicely timed.

Popped in this afternoon for a few drinks and food with my kids.
Only 2 members of staff to serve drinks, run food and clear tables. Both were excellent and went above and beyond, a credit to the company they work for. Always friendly and polite despite being so busy.
Food was excellent and a cracking few pints of Guinness.
A lovely couple of hours.
We visited there for unlimited breakfast. We liked it that though it's unlimited, we need to order the hot food, avoids food wastage, and it's so unappetising to see food dumped like garbage and soaking in grease. Overall we liked the idea of ordering for our food. Nice selection of items. The waitress Nicola was awesome, she had a smiling face and did her job so well despite of the place being so crowded. What we didn't like was that there weren't enough staff to cater the demand. All the staff there were overworked, and you can see them stressed out. Management has to think about it, at least on busy days, peak times. Couldn't say anything negative about the taste and quality of the food.
Meet up with my Aunt who was visiting Birmingham, staying at the premier Inn. It was Thursday last week. We were greeted and seated by a lovely hostess and the barman was also serving food due to low staffing level issues. They both worked really hard, Billy was great and looked after us, my Aunt was very impressed and I have to say she isn't easily impressed. I'm not sure the hostess name but they were both fantastic and had great customer service skills. The food was good and the dessert was delicious. Please pass our thanks on... We will be back.
Having travelled from South wales to meet family we decided to have food here. I'm so very glad we did. Despite having problems with the fire alarms, which then resulted in the gas shutting off, the service and food were top notch. Even the family who decided to threaten staff because of the situation didn't affect our experience with the staff who dealt with it amazingly.
Took an elderly family friend for dinner. Had the most incredible service from our server, Billy, who was amazing with him. Helped him choose, let him try the draught beer before he had a pint, spoke to him and made him feel really included. Just a brilliant experience, we were seated by another staff member who was also lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Good food. Good value. Easy to park. Highly recommended. Thank you!! 😊
It would have been very rude not to visit the local Beefeater, especially after receiving a 33% discount voucher (food only) via the loyalty card email. Being a burger fan I though I would sample the cheese and bacon variety. It was delicious. Would it have been delicious at full price... I think so, the chips and coleslaw were very complimentary. Overall very good, it was quite quiet. We had a good choice of tables, we were shown to our seats and the service was fast a friendly. I did have the new Missisppi mud pie for pudding, but it looked so delicious I forgot to take a photo. It certainly was! Overall a good (mostly meaty) selection of dishes on the menu. We had soft drinks and water, however there was a varied wine selection and full bar on offer. It's also worth noting that there is also a new Premier Inn Hotel above the restaurant.
