Just like any other Nando's this too is consistent with taste and ambience. There is nothing to complain about. Food was good as usual. The place crowded as any other Nando's for lunch time. There is a large parking area near this location and a dessert only store (missed its name) opposite Nando's.
Nando's can never go wrong with their chicken! But the pleasant surprise was their caesar's salad...with succulent pieces of chicken, creamy thick slices of cheese with dollops of dressing, I can run to Nando's even when I want to eat healthy. I absolutely love their cheesecake which is probably the best offering on their dessert menu. I always order larger portions of the peri peri chicken just so I can carry some home in the little brown bag..nando's is perfect comfort food :)
Come on.. You know what Nando's tastes like. So, I'm American. and I was studying abroad in 2010 in Birmingham. And this gorgeous girl takes me to Nando's for my very first time. I won't say it changed my life, but when I think about Nando's... I think about her... Then Jack Whitehall pops into my head... Then her again.
Nando's..Ever so reliable for a yummy spicy chicken treat. You could never go too wrong with Nando's. Been there this particular outlet a couple of times and it's nice to be here after a tough day. Peri Peri Chicken is their signature dish, On the bone is what I enjoy the most. Even though it's a foodie paradise for chicken lovers I found their Portobello Mushroom and Grilled Halloumi

Located in the Mailbox - this nando's feels a little more special. As ever the food is fantastic and the service swift.
Great if you want to finish the day in a classier place than the city centre - or you just need some good chicken.
This is one of six Nando’s within walking distance of each other in central Birmingham. This one and the new street one are both halal.
Haven’t eaten in here yet but I’ve got food delivered. Ordered a sunset burger and the juicy chicken thighs inside were cooked to perfection.
Food was delivered much quicker than I expected.
Me and my wife have been here multiple times and have always had a good experience. Today I would say was the best. We came in and were told there was a short wait to get a table but long wait for the food. We waited and then got our table and ordered. We were then told by the Dan manager that the food will take another 35 minutes and he apologised. He offered us a free starter and dessert for both of us and kept checking on us too to make sure we were looked after. We also had our baby with us, luckily he was in a happy mood and fell asleep when the food came. Staff were very helpful too and polite. This is my favourite Nando’s to go to and I’ve never been disappointed.
Friendly staff with attentive service. Food up to Nandos quality so very happy.

Not so bad after all. Well on their way to redeeming themselves after a couple of poor experiences a few years back.
Choice is limited but the food, on my two most recent visits to two separate restaurants in Birmingham City centre, has been acceptable!
May think twice about stopping when I'm next walking past the door of a Nandos, of.an evening out.

The food always comes out fast so you won’t be waiting to long & it never disappointing.
I went to collect my food and it was ready bang on time to pick up and the manager even made sure I had extra sauce to enjoy the incredible chicken. The workforce is always smiling and it reflected i their food. Not a single complaint and very happy with the service.
Staff here are excellent, really welcoming and good at what they do. The service was quick. Food was a little bit of a let down, the chicken was a little dry and overcooked sadly.
I dined solo, and enjoyed my time there. I had a glass of wine which I don't normally, and was pleasantly surprised how well it went with the meal.
Nice, decent Nando’s. Definitely the most spacious, cleanliness was good. Got my usual meal. Butterfly chicken, garlic bread and peri salted chips. Probably the first Nando’s for the food to be actually spicy all the way through. Helpful staff too. Might make this Nando’s my regular spot.
Had a lovely lunch here today (19/07/23). The Team were great. Food, service, cleanliness, all spot-on. The Manager was really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
