We wanted a cupcake sundae, but we're told that for the second time, the ice cream machine wasn't working. This is what happened last time we came, disappointing. Staff were friendly though, and the service was good. We had a slice of red velvet cake. It was moist and delicious.

Had cheesecake which was amazing coffee was lovely, coffee was served with a metal spoon, what let it down was cake was served with a thick plastic throw away fork, when mentioned to waitress said they were using them because it was so busy and needed to wash up. I really don't think this was true,

I ordered a strawberry cream cheese cake for my son's 21st birthday and it was delightful. Customer service was great too. It's my second cake I've ordered from Lola's and the red velvet was sublime too. Very happy customer 😊👌🏾

We ordered our wedding cakes - a two tier option plus a separate vegan cake from Lola's. We could pre-order in advance so we knew it was booked in, then they were delivered in good time on the day which was reassuring. They tasted amazing, looked great and were very good value.
