A rare experience at this Nandos...it was quiet..
Which was excellent news to be honest as it's one of the few Halal ones in Birmingham so no massive queues.
Our server was happiness personified, smiling and attentive as she led us to our table.

I went to this Nando’s in Star City on Saturday on the 12th August 2023 with my very close Khala and with my Cousins.
My 1/4 Extra Hot with Peri Peri Chips and with Spicy Rice was delicious.
The Salted Caramel Cheesecake was delicious with the Creamy Sauce.

It is a very crowded place. But food is very tasty, it comes fresh and it's Halal!
Great service, clean looking staff. Good food. The restaurant was very hot when we arrived a little uncomfortable. However, that lady on the next table asked for the AC to be turned on. I would definitely go here again. I'm not sure how much was spent on our meal ,7 of us,as it was paid for.
Was greeted by the most polite lady, who went out her way to make our evening there a pleasant one. The ladies name was Tajah. Thank you, we need more staff like this, you made mine and my daughters experience amazing.

It's been a while but I didn't regret it! Absolutely loved the food as it was super tasty and fresh. Hamza looked after us and made sure we were happy with his excellent service. Definitely coming back!

The food is always so good! Dee (member of staff) was so efficient and helpful! He checked up on us more than once and was so polite and friendly :)
Visited twice this week. Used the brilliant virtual queueing method, which was very good. Food is as usual, outstanding. The service is also very good, now the staff bring everything at ur table inc sauces and bottomless drinks. Despite extra pressure, staff were great.
Food was spot on and chicken was, although the wait times could be better. Overall excellent experience 💯.
