Sara is a really good restaurant, it is a kurdish restaurant but the food is very similar to arabic food I think so because I am not kurdish i am yemeni, good customer service, really friendly staff, clean place, quick service and well cooked food and the price is quite cheap as well.

Very nice traditional Kurdish food. The restaurant is easy to find and it has a very big car park at the back. The staff are very friendly they give you free soup and naan bread.
I have been coming here for about three years now, and the food is always consistent. Nice fresh and tasty.
The mix grill is my favourite the kebabs are amazing.
One of the tastiest restaurant I've visited. My kids and husband loved it as well. Service was excellent. Ordered shish (soft and juicy, was gone in no time) , seabass and meat plates. Chicken that looked like roast chicken (was a bit dry) . Lentils soup and white beans soup. All were extremely tasty. Kurdish tea was well prepared (I'm fussy with my tea).

Must have been here years before they shut over the Covid lockdown period even went to get food during this time however the place even if busy is cheap and cheerful. The gripe I have is the price to pprtion size is slowly diminishing and becoming less value for money. I often find that ribs are never available when i go or certain sides are not made or available. They often also overcook the chops or grilled items. Service is inconsistent, as sometimes they demand you sit and wait for a waiter... Could be ages.. or you pay and order at the desk and you wait less time.
The toilets are slippery when wet which is often and the water in the taps are never warm sp id say this is a bit of a health and safety issue... You are supposed to wash hands in warm water...
There is a paid carpark to the rear and a ramp inside but this is useless if yhere are steps you have to tackle before entering or leaving... not great for those with mobility issues.
Often get those living on the streets begging for money in the carpark so be warned. £1.10 to park for up to £2 hours which is good value.

I took some pics of the menu as they don't deliver but you won't mind collecting.
We were too hungry when we reached, so I ate without any pics. Small place, no frills. Really nice staff, esp towards kids. We get naan and soup with orders. So we had chicken shwarma and we were still hungry so we had chicken biryani. The food has taste and is not spicy. So we had some chillies that were not spicy but delicious.
Stop by there for late lunch. İt is another Kurdish restaurant in Brum. Mostly so far Kurdish restaurant in the area has same concept just their decorative appearance shows it new place or old one. Seems Sara is one of the oldest one. Same taste and same dishes provide budget friendly options to locals and their communities.
Lovely, authentic and gorgeous Iraqis/Turkish/Kurdish cuisines. The price is unbelievably cheap! This is my favourite restaurant and 10 minutes drive from town.
