Ordered food yesterday for the first time through ubereats although it was delivered late due to a driver not being available at the time (which I understand is a third party service) the lady we spoke to at the restaurant was very kind and kept us up to date and went out of her way to keep us happy

Clean and nice but food a bit salty. They need to have the food covered in the showcase as I saw flies around. Food is fantastic and great value, have travelled the Midlands on an Oxtail Quest and nowhere touches the quality of the Oxtail at Pats, its out of this world. Meat succulent and tender, falls off the bone, gravy absolutely amazing. Best Oxtail in the Midlands.

Great authentic food and friendly staff. Love the dumplings - crispy on the outside and lovely and soft on the inside! Definitely worth a visit for a quick bite or a substantial meal.
