Staff were friendly. Service was good although coffee order was forgotten- apologies given. Food served quickly. Food hot. Chips were EXCELLENT - some of the best - well done. Hunters chicken cooked fine but bacon quality poor and no barbeque sauce. Had it not been for the chips would have been very disappointed.Pub kept quite nicely.
Celebrated my Mums birthday here. Delicious food, couldn’t fault it, service was attentive and friendly. Great find this place and we will certainly recommend and return. Pie of the day is a must have!! As is the crumble and chocolate melt. We also love the fact this pub does not allow dogs.
