I can't say my experience was amazing like other Nando's restaurants.
Service was the worst I had, waited 55min for food in a place that was not even half full. No check up after receiving the food...
I recommend finding a different place to eat.
Yes another great Nando's outlet. Extremely busy but we received wonderful care from a staff member. We couldn't be happier.
I especially enjoyed the sauces in the dish. My family like Nando's, and they bring everyone here for meals!

Might have preferred a bit more waiter interaction to offer the option of ordering face to face instead of a distinctly noticea

The atmosphere is chaotic and busy, but if that doesn't bother you then Nando's is a good choice. They have a broad menu and can choose how spicy you want your food. Good place to bring kids. You have to order with your phone though, which I didn't love.
Absolutely brilliant food with very nice staff. Never had a bad experience.
The only fault I've ever had was immediately delt with, the manager & staff went above & beyond to make it right. They were very polite, apologetic & refunded the entire meal.

Never been before, so I went with my granddaughter an her mom & little sister. I loved š ā„ļø it.
Service was very good. The young gentleman that served us, his name was Frankie, he was very polite, friendly & professional. He came round & asked us & other customers if they were enjoying their food.
Nandos is nandos, food always as expected but Sharon who served us was wonderful, her customer service is nothing but extraordinary! She knew the dishes well and served with an amazing smile. Iād just thought some recognition was deserved
