Lovely coffee shop next to McDonald on Colmore row, Birmingham. This pret is a lot more quiet that the other pret's in Birmingham and has friendly and professional staff. I would recommend visiting of your passing

Great shop, good customer service. Could do with a few more lower calorie dishes, but everything labelled so you can choose, which is good. The sandwich I had was delicious, good fresh ingredients.

Would be a 5.... but music in kitchen is louder then music in main shop so it gets a bit annoying hearing 2 lots of music when you are trying to speak to someone 😣
