A special thanks to the team - inse the cashier, tiago who cooked my meal and Mohammed for the great service. I can’t help but write this review today. I was looking for a quick vegetarian dinner on this lovely evening and came across this gem. The staff were pleasant - ( I know how hot it can get in a kitchen! Especially on a hot day) The food came quick and I would definitely recommend Thai express to anyone who’s looking for food in grand central. The tofu stir fry with sticky rice had a nice Smokey taste to it. I am overwhelmed and will certainly be returning.

Excellent service, easy menu , delicious food, family friendly, friendly staff and they’ll explain everything to you with a smile. I’ve been coming here for more than three years and they have never let me down. By far the best Thai food place in Birmingham!

Always a pleasure to eat here. The dishes are flavoursome, the portions are generous, and spicy MEANS spicy. Complements to the chef, and all who work here. A well run ship.

Great little halal Thai place in central Birmingham, ideal to grab a quick bite. The food was lovely, decent portion, and the staff were attentive. The atmosphere was lively as it was in the middle of a food court in a shopping centre / New Street Station.
The only negative was that there wasn't a restroom in the restaurant, but public toilets were apparently not too far away.

the only thing bad was that i wanted more spring rolls. also it’s on the second floor just in case your spending 20 minutes trying to find it, speaking from experience. food was an immense experience.

Great flavours. I've always wanted to try something of this sort that requires a spoon and form to eat 😁!
This hits the spot on so many levels. However, do not get this if you are in a rush, unless you're ok with sipping out of a paper bowl.
Would definitely return and try the other dishes.

Food is so good man, hasn’t changed since the last time I came here years ago. Flavour so perfect and so filling. If you shaved off even £1 off the menu items it’d actually be the best bargain for quality food place in grand central/Birmingham by a mile. Excellent 9/10 we move

First time eating here and wasn’t disappointed. Great staff great service, will definitely recommend. There was a slight mixup with my order but it was soon sorted.
