I used the centre to meet up a school friend. We hadn't seen each other for 50 years. The reason we used the centre was there was no car parking at his house so we met there. The disabled parking and toilets were fine and we used the cafe for food and drinks. Good facilities, I would use it again.
A great visit to Grayson Perry's Art Club exhibition. Well located, easy access with friendly staff. Great Coffee!! A fantastic art resource. Well worth a visit. The exhibition was well curated. Some items very moving and thought provoking, showing the wide range of British cultural talent.
Modern and trendy design. Hope there will be more activities for kids to join with reasonable admission fee.
Delightful walk through the peaceful, tranquil park around the pool into the Midlands Art Centre building. WOW, what a great inspiring place, with refreshments (Kiln Cafe) to match! Then delight of delights the Grayson’s Art Club, works collected during lockdown (Channel 4) these include various cel
An arts space that feels welcoming and fresh! Set on the back of Cannon Hill Park it hosts an array of local and international artists, in its various gallery spaces. It also hosts live performances such as plays, and screenings of films. The main gallery upstairs is simply amazing. It has a gift
1st time visited the MAC as had a Comedy Night Event.. got to say impressed, nice facilities and clean. Exterior of building could do with a spruce up to get it looking contemporary but all good inside 👍
Nice cinema experience at a reasonable price. Could do with popcorn but snacks are available from the cafe/kiosk. Plenty more going on in there but only visited for the movie. Some good art films on the schedule.
Fantastic place to visit - quality shows, lovely atmosphere. Good food, though you could also picnic in the park. Exceptional service from the staff. Highly recommend.
Great arts venue that we've used a lot over recent years. Great productions are put on for kids, that really gets them used to a theatre environment. A real gem.
Lovely place for any type of visit, from a social get together to a solo bit of me time. The parking is quite good as there is ample space but they have introduced payment over the last few years. The MAC is situated off the main road opposite the Edgbaston Cricket Ground so easy to find. The MAC is
The Mac is a brilliant venue located in Canon Hill Park. There's a large carpark available if driving, but can also be reached easily by bus. They have a wide programme of events throughout the year, showing films in the cinema, performances in the theatre, exhibitions across different gallery space
Great venue for events, loads of different rooms of different sizes... Great service from the staff, great catering...
Had a blast watching the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie with my friends. Definitely worth the 5 star rating.
Lovely modern building with tonnes going on to suit all. Wonderful cafes and really enjoyed walking around local park!
The park is looking lovely now and it’s a credit to the maintenance team. We also had a brunch snack with coffee today in the Mac cafeteria and it was of high quality. Well done 👏
Great place helps it was sunny. There for a training day and we're very adequately taken care of but looks like a great place to go for art. Lovely park.
Excellent place. Great cinema space. Exhibitions. Good cafes. Nice shop.
