There was a hair in the ras milai, but the owner was nice to offer us another plate, but we didn't want to get another one, due to the hair. I think it was someone's eyelash which fell into it 🤔
Wasn't q big fan of their samosa chaat with massive sized onions. The samosa wasn't soft either, so hard to eat. The Onions though 😂 had to put them all to a size in order to eat
Overall its a nice place, but deserts are a bit too sweet for my liking, but the people are nice and the atmosphere is nice.
Again, Falooda is also nice but too sweet for me.
We ordered halwa puri, chanay and Nihari with naan. Food was served in time despite being busy over Sunday morning.
The food was fresh and delicious, Customer Service was okiesh. Didn't serve onion, pickles, or yoghurt with halwa puri... probably they don't know what is actually Pakistani halwa puri.
Despite these poor points, I still recommend place, probably next time I'll try their haleem.
There are parking areas but Ladypool Rd is a very busy place.
Lovely colorful interior. Anda paratha was absolutely delicious. Pakoras very only ok (not fresh), mango Lassi was good. Good value for money. And very friendly and caring staff!
Delicious, desi but too oily. Will I go again? Most definitely! The service was good and the food was equal to that. The paratha was not authentic but everything else was spot on! Oh and the katlama is probably one of the best in Birmingham as well as the karak chai!!!
Authentic Pakistani cuisine.
I have tried lamb nihari several times, once or twice the nihari wasn't fresh. Haleem is tasty, and also mutton karahi. I won't recommend chappal kebab, as i have eaten better in Ladypool road. The karak chai was best but the kashmiri chaye isn't up to the mark. Definitely recommended for desi halal nashta.

I enjoyed the food and ambience in the Taste of Pakistan. We took lamb and chicken curry, chicken Haleem, Sindhi Biryani and mango lassi. All of them were amazing. The Tandoori Roti, however, was quite hard. It's my bad that I didn't know that it was made of wheat and that's why it's hard. I wish I had known this earlier.
Looking forward to eat here again in the coming days... specially, the Nashta (breakfast).
Amazing food, truly authentic but seemed like everything was deep friend. Was in agony later with cramps. The oil made it too much to digest. Pink tea was perfect. Pratha was crispy and fantastic, Eggs were cooked properly. It was a nice treat but you could make it all at home at a fraction of the cost.
The desi breakfast and place is Taste of Pakistan. Whenever I go & get breakfast Mr Imran is there to greet you with broad smile. Great staff do marvellous job. The quality & taste of food is unparalleled to any other in the area. Coming back on weekends guys. Tha
This restaurant offers one of the best halwa puri and channa break fast in Birmingham. Their dishes are really tasty and very affordable. The pakistani truck art makes its interior very beautiful. Staff service is good and they are very courteous and well mannered. 1 less star as once I bought Jalebi and Khoya barfi and both were not good.
Loved the food but should consider having a place for washing hands. Have to wait outside to wash hands if some one is using the washroom.
