Went Bra shopping with my mum. Sudesh made the trip worthwhile. Her attention to detail and advice on style and best buys was brilliant. On top of being a lovely lady, credit to Marks and Spencer
expensive but great quality products, M&S is my first choice for clothing & shoes. Not to mention, it's never packed with too many people unlike Primark where you can't even try anything on comfortably as it's overcrowded all the time .
Humayra was really helpful at the checkout counter and checked my Sparks promotions for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal possible and was very friendly and patient. Thank you!
Visited there with family. Every section has a good Variety of Selection you can choose from food to clothing even Health & Beauty.
Very welcoming & Helpful Staff on the Floor if you couldn’t find your desire item just go to them and ask them where it is.

Marks and Spencer Birmingham High Street is across 4 floors. Food Hall with a Bakery and some Home being in the Basement. Women's clothes on Ground Floor if you enter via the High street. Beauty, Children's and Cafe are the First Floor with Menswear being on the top floor.

I like to shop in Marks & Spencer, there clothes are really good and you can get them at reasonable prices. Also liked the offers and sale. Returns and refund policy is very good and all the staff member is nice and friendly 😃
Recently visited M&S for a bra fitting and had such a wonderful experience. Staff made me feel so comfortable and really helped. Good stuff but not really my style I only shop on this time round because I needed a suit for a family wedding it was good quality and under 200 pounds which I was really please with plus the staff working in this section very patience, polite and helpful it's was a nice experience
This is a big store on 3 floors with a cafe/restaurant. Public toilets. Selling all the usual M&S clothing at reasonable prices.. there is a food hall in the basement.
Great for kids winter clothing items, live the foodhall too. The meal deal section could do with less poncy but more practical choices when it comes to sandwiches.
Got to cafe at 2 mins to 5 still served with a smile in spite of cafe due to close. Great service and at 16.58 a Victoria Sandwhich cake I'll come back for seconds
