And boy did I get one! The staff are GREAT, really friendly - the place is beautifully decorated, and the menu is RIDICULOUS �

It was my first time visiting. I had waffles with white chocolate & ice cream and it was absolutely beautiful, the lady was so welcoming, polite, kind with a lovely smile on her face at all times. The customer service was impeccable. I will definitely spread the word & recommend this place to people. The pricing I think is decent as well, I will definitely be back again. I always come in for my same large cookie dough and ice cream with a extra scoop of Ferrero Rocher ice cream. The staff are always very nice and helpful. They make you feel welcome and comfortable no complaints at all. I have even ordered my birthday cake from this store which I should be collecting on Friday!! ��� seriously though I have never had bad service from here this store is the place to be ��

Great customer service. The staff are super lively and kind. Super good desserts too. If you're in Erdington I'd definately suggest coming here. They aren't over priced too which makes it all the more better �. This place is perfect �. Wish they had more stuff like this where I'm from �

I went in today first time after saying I need to go. I was pleasantly surprised. The young lady who served us was lovely made us feel very welcome my daughter loved it aswell. The cake was amazing the ice creams were very nice also. would recommend to anyone

Best desserts ever and really good price as well! Ordered on the just eat app and took an hour to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. Keep up the good work, hopefully I’ll visit someday.
We've had a few cakes from Teddylicious now, wouldn't go elsewhere. We've had varying flavours and love them all. Also highly recommend their milkshakes!

Ordered 2 Snickers milkshakes online advising the staff I would be there in 5 minutes. In 5 minutes time I arrived, milkshakes were freshly prepared and waiting for me. Served by a polite young lady, very pleased with the service and the milkshakes were delicious!!!
