Nice little hotel just on the edge of town. Walkable distance to the city centre, easy route to follow and only took 30 minutes. Rooms smelt so fresh on arrival, great shower, bed a little too hard for my liking but that's just personal preference. Very quiet considering it's next to a busy road, couldn't hear the traffic at all. The bar/restaurant area has a nice atmosphere and is a lovely area to relax. Great staff and very friendly too. Would definitely come again. Very reasonable price for a 2 night stay.
I stayed here for a week and I had a really nice time and it’s nice and close to the city centre only a 25 minute walk, I had a really nice view of the canal and the beds are nice and comfy. And the rooms are lovely and clean. I have to thanks to Sam, so much so when I checked in the elevator wasn’t working, they were getting it fixed, Sam was really lovely and changed my hotel room to a lower floor so I didn’t have to carry my big suitcase up all those stairs to the third floor didn’t cost me more money. Such a lovely thing to do. Thank you so much. the other staff I met was super lovely and kind. I’m definitely staying here again if I return to Birmingham thank you for making my stay so lovely.
And as a female solo traveller I did feel safe staying here.
Very good hotel. Left a good impression first visit. Good customer service at reception. Aesthetically pleasing foyer and dining area with beautiful Christmas decorations. Hot breakfast nice and fresh. Free parking good addition as not every hotel offers this. Location good just outside of town.Decent sized room clean and nice bathroom with big walk in shower. Phone in room. Kettle. Plenty sockets.Rooms are priced well compared to other hotels in terms of room size, facilities etc.Overall good value for money and would return.
Few cons: lift is very squeaky and not as sturdy as other lifts. There is also 1 lift only that I could see. Wasn't busy but could see this being problematic when it is busy.
Was a slight smell of sewage coming from the shower drain which mentioned to management who offered complimentary breakfast as a good will or a room change.
We stayed for one night while traveling. Rooms where nice, showers warm and powerful. Bar area really nicely presented with comfy chairs to relax in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar lady made tge best ice latte my daughter has had. Really enjoyable stay.

Stayed here a few nights while attending a family wedding. Family of four (2 adults, 2 children) over two rooms. It was very comfortable and clean with access to the second room via an internal door. Showers were lovely and clean with excellent hot water pressure. The buffet was excellent and it's open all day from breakfast onwards. It was reassuring to see staff from local businesses eating breakfast and lunch there. Hotel staff are attentive and friendly. Will certainly use them again.
Such a good place to stay! Staff are lovely especially Sam on reception and credit to Danny the chef for the lovely food. So good for the price, rooms are fresh and very clean. Would highly recommend!

Excellent in term of cleaning, services and comfort. Cleaning is impeccable in whole hotel, the staff is extremely kind and nice to reception, bar, restaurant, housekeepers and the rooms, lounge area and restaurant, very comfortable and welcoming. We got a membership to Campanile for all those reasons.
Me and my daughter had a lovely stay at your hotel all staff were polite helpful and friendly . The rooms were clean fresh and tidy . we will definitely be returning on our next visit

I've been doing a little travelling recently and stumbled across this hotel, I booked for a night's stay so I can have a venture in to the city centre, upon arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome, I checked into my room, it was very clean and tidy, I decided to go for a wonder and spoke to a member of staff Mira who was very helpful, and gave me a few nice locations to look around and said the Christmas Market was also in the city. When I was departing I spoke to Mira and said how wonderful everywhere was.

Great experience. I arrived really late on my own woth a baby I was worried check in would have a cut off point bit it didn't, staff were so welcoming. After a 3 hour drive I was dying for a wee and the receptionist offered to hold my sleeping baby while I went to the toilet. The male receptionist was also lovely and theu both offered to help me with my bags to my room. Lovely clean hotel, bonus is it's close to the motorway, cheap and free parking. Don't know how it's only a 2 star, really lovely rooms and bathroom. If I need a hotel in Birmingham again I'll definitely chose this again.
