Food is lovely. Been on several occasions and definitely going back. Staff are helpful. We stayed nearly 2 hours after closing once and they never complained. Gave it 4 stars because we always go in the evening and some of the foods we want are not always available.

For the price i paid for my meal it was very average...lobster was overcooked but sauce tasted great, prawns were too thick and oily had the flavour but very heavy. Long waits for food and no offer to compensate if your unhappy with service i highly reccomend the steam fish(seabass) as everyone was happy with that. Its touch and go but its an ok place x

had an amazing time @mel's glass house last night the food was delicious well presented love the vibes within the restaurant, staff was very welcoming and patient, couldnt be more greatful for staff to allow us to stay and eat late even though it was past closing time overall the service was spectacular. ps loved the decoration,centred piece and the lighting to take beautiful pictures. me and my friends loved it and will definitely be coming back travelling all the way from Gloucester 😁👍🏾👌🏾❤🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Lovely interior, extremely long waits for food, then it's cold with little apologises. Choices limited and no alternatives when they run out of side orders. Music great but way too loud.
