Pretty decent as Chinese takeaway is concerned, we have been a few times and always had decent food.
I recommend collecting though as a few times I’ve had to point out they’ve missed something! Would recommend overall.

Great food, it was warm when it got here. Ordered quite a big order for family and everyone liked it! English girl on phone was very helpful, gave me suggestions when i asked too.

I used ‘The Chef’ for the very first time tonight 10th Dec 2021. Firstly the food was fantastic, the helpings were generous,the phone service was excellent with no misunderstandings, the delivery was really quick, so all in all a great experience and one that I will be repeating in the future too.

I am not one to write reviews but this truly deserves it. I tried this Chinese for the first time last night after always going to golden bird. I nearly cried ( no joke ) at how nice the food was. I didn’t think I’d ever forget going to golden bird as their food is amazing but THE CHEF completely ch

My preferred local choice for Chinese takeaway food. Delivers locally and food is always hot. Sometimes though it can take a few attempts to get through on the phone, especially during busy times.
