Food is decent. The place looked clean enough. And they didn't take long for my order either.

This is an official takeaway franchise of Dixy's chicken. It is a small shop offering a similar menu as others. I ordered the mega mix chicken burger meal (a double fried chicken burger with fries and a drink). I enjoyed the burger however it was not as crispy as other Dixy's chicken franchisees, hence the four star rating. The fries were standardly delicious. The pepsi drink was diluted but still enjoyable. The seating was comfortable considering it is intended as a takeaway shop. The temperature of the shop was cold and uncomfortable during the wait for the food. Overall, a very very standard experience. I would go again but wrap up warm next time.
Wasn't big fan of dixy chicken until now, staff and the manager are just the best, super nice and gave me free chicken with my order, best dixy in town. Thanks guys
Quality food compared to other fried chicken shops can tell from the fries and chicken they change there oil regular and the chicken is monitored every hour... Over all a nice place to grab a bite for you and family and the kids love it ..The service over all is fast and friendly don't actually have anything bad to say about the place been eat there since they have opened 5 years ago.
This is in the top 3 dixys I've been to in Birmingham. Most are disgusting, thankfully this one has fresh nicely battered food. Glad its good :)
